Really great place to stay for a taste of Limerick city + Everything! Room, decor, bed, bathroom, complimentary water, fabulous breakfast, wonderful staff, very homely vibe. − A little noisy off the street early am but to be expected given the central location.

Outstanding hospitality. + Very personable experience. The handwritten note was something that I haven’t seen in any hotel and it showed the time and courtesy for the start of our trip in Limerick. Everything was very warming from arrival to checking out. Breakfast was very delicious and great service for the cafe staff and all guests. Lighting in the room gave a very warm and pleasant atmosphere for relaxation after a long day exploring the city. Keep up the amazing hospitality.

A five star experience + Absolutely superb possibly the best small hotel we have ever stayed in. Great location just off O Connell street. Rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean . Breakfast is a treat and not to be missed . Staff are very informative and helpful . Five stars all round .

Überraschend gut! + Sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat Boutique-Charme. Die Lage ist super für die erste Stadtbesichtigung, es hat einige Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Rezeption befindet sich neben dem Hoteleingang in einem Kaffe-etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig! Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird à la Carte serviert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vorab wird man per Mail informiert, wo man parkieren soll und was es kostet. Am Vorabend ruft eine Mitarbeiterin an und fragt nach der Ankunftszeit. − Die Rezeption ist von ca. 10:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr besetzt.

The parlour in the basement with complementary coffee, tea, water & chocolate was a nice surprise. Well kitted out gym and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety menu. Staff were very happy and helpful. Highly recommended 👌 − Nothing.
