Delightful, everything you'd like out of a 5 star experience. + The staff was LOVELY. Very helpful, and they clearly take their jobs seriously. The spa was excellent, and the room service was amazing. Everyone was so helpful. Great location too. − Wish the sauna stayed open past 9pm lol Not much to complain about, I thought this was excellent. Good AC.

Cannot wait to return + Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Every single detail is meticulously overseen, leaving absolutely no room for disappointment. The property is beautifully appointed, and the rooms are perfectly maintained, fresh, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly elevates this hotel, however, is the staff. Their service is excellent, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This is our fifth stay at the hotel and they remembered us! If you appreciate a hotel that gets every little thing right, look no further. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Always a pleasure. + As an occasional visitor to this hotel, it lives up to all expectations. Room lovely. It was a special offer called the five star steal so complementary bottle of champagne on arrival. Food in Garden restaurant very good with a very good glass of wine as recommended by the waitress. Breakfast the following morning was also very good, especially after a nice little swim in the pool which, by chance, we mostly had to ourselves. Have always liked this hotel and have stayed a number of times.

Tonight’s our last night & we’re already missing the hotel! + Husband and i stayed for 4 nights at Room208. Room is immaculately cleaned and refilled by detailed housekeeping. Concierge always has a smile. Hotel’s very conveniently located within short walking distance to the museums, Trinity College and Graffton Street. Check out Cellar Bar at basement of hotel. The garden at the hotel wonderfully kept with beautiful flowers. Well-equipped gym albeit small. Good quality breakfast spread but a little limited. Kudos to Catherine Lotter - Guest Relations who made sure our requests were promptly attended to. Merrion Hotel is truly a gem

Exquisite! + This is my second time staying at the Merrion and it is such a wonderful hotel. My daughter lives in Dublin and I love visiting her and the Merrion is my first choice of hotels in the city. It is exquisitely decorated and so comfortable and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I feel very special when I stay there. Looking forward to going back!

One small detail: the hotel’s shampoo/conditioner are of a very high quality. − 给我们的房间位于Ground Floor，我觉得很不值。 We were given a room on the ground floor, which I felt was poor value for money. Given the high cost of this hotel, I certainly wouldn’t want to stay on a floor like this; had I known beforehand, I would definitely have chosen a different hotel. What I mean is, given that this is one of the top-tier hotels, you might as well clearly differentiate your pricing so that guests have a choice—I might well have been willing to pay more from to stay in a better room in the first place, rather than being faced with a surprise like this.

Still Dublins best hotel but standards are starting to slip + Great location clean good food great door staff − Had a problem with the Sommelier sent us a newer wine than ordered when I spotted this he didn’t handle it well Reported it to front desk said they would investigate and report back on check out no mention of the incident I had to raise it again. Also coffee machine not maintained staff at front desk and restaurant seem to congregate in groups and chat to each other a lot looks like the are missing a floor manager.Still Dublins best hotel but things are slipping hope some one stops the rot before it takes root
