Excellent hotel + The location was unbelievable! The breakfast especially the French toast was unreal! The little mango yoghurt pots 👌Also, the view of the river at breakfast was fab. The bed was so comfy! The bathroom products were 👌 The location was superb right on the track running along the river Lee! But the BEST thing was the staff! Especially Genivive (Jenny). Will definitely be back! Also the hotel has bikes free of charge to use with helmets! − Honestly cannot think of one thing!

Wonderful. + Loved the location. Walking friendly to Cork. The hotel offered everything to a coffee and wine bar to restaurants if you don’t want to leave while also being walking distance the the heart of Cork. All around wonderful. − Apple Maps originally took us to a different location around the block labeled Kingsley hotel. AC didn’t work in our room.

+ Walking distance to city center, friendly staff − Rooms are old, uncomfotable bed, the window didn't close. The spa/swimming pool facilities were rusty, in need of renovation. Very dissapointing considering the very high price compared to other hotels

It was a much needed break away and we enjoyed every bit of it. Will definitely return! + Loved the pool, outdoor pool and other facilities. Our room was really spacious too and very modern. − Our room was a bit dusty but otherwise everything was great.

Marvellous, will definitely be back + Amazing place to stay. First time I've stayed there but definitely not the last. Breakfast was phenomenal, we ordered the french toast and the pancakes and they were both to die for. My fussy daughter devoured everything in front of her. There were plenty of staff and we were checked on several times. Excellent parking facilities, straight forward check in, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was fab. The teddy left for my daughter and the pillow menu was a lovely touch. − Nothing, fantastic hotel

Amazing stay + It's a beautiful hotel...it was our wedding anniversary we received a card and beautifully decorated plate with small cakes on...this was really unexpected...the room was stunning to say the least − There's not one negative thing we could say
