Average + Initially room was given in a good condition but over the stay of 4 days, the room was not cleaned on a daily basis in spite of reporting them on the cleanliness. For the price, its worth the location. Overall its average

good position for experienced shoppers + it begins from not having street address of this hotel. rooms smaller then on picture. toilet and shower is same place not easy to keep toilet paper dry while showering. aircon in windows box - Iso noisy that I could sleep only when well drunk. Place is like in the center of watch, massage, suit center. impossible to walk around and not being bothered. buying staff in this area starts 10x real value price so be carefull they call it free trade I call it attempts of extortion.

Hotel is not what it claims to be on Hotels.com + The lack of cleanliness and service was shocking. Not to mention both days in the hotel I had ZERO hot water and had to shower at my friend's place. Good wifi and location but those are the only pluses

Short stay in Hong Kong + Tiny, functional room. The shower spays the toilet. All was very clean. A great dim sum restaurant next door.

Great location, service. + The staff is great (Mr. Sandhu in particular). He'll give you any tips or help you need. The rooms themselves are typical HK style, small, efficial and everything within it. I got a room without any windows, because I didn't plan on staying at my room for too long, mostly outside. The hotel is on the 12/13th floor of the building, right next to the metro station. It can be a little hard to find in the beginning, but they it's easy to spot once you get used to the location. 24/7 7-11 close by, lots of restaurants and shops close too. Literally a 5 min walk from Victoria Harbor, so you can catch the daily light show looking at Hong Kong Island (better view). I've stayed at many hotels around the world, and this place had one of the best Wifi speeds I've ever experienced at a hotel.

Worst accommodation ever in our plenty visits to HK − The building itself is dirty and dilapidated, the security of the lobby is not accommodating and is nowhere in sight. The picture in the booking is not even the least similar to the actual room. So disappointed, so creepy place. My hubby was afraid to have me be there, so I stayed with my brother in his hotel.

+ Never actually got to stay at this hotel I booked but couldn’t find it called Hotel five times kept telling me a different address to my receipt I got and also what google said not happy with the service as they wouldn’t meet me outside to tell me where ii was supposed to go as I have stayed in this area before so I knew about the area hope for a refund on my hotel, probably will lose my money cause I feel I was robbed by them

Çok kötü + Konumu müthiş − İlk geldiğim akşam resepsiyonda duran adam onu uyandırdım diye neredeyse beni dövecek gibi davrandi. Verdikleri oda daha önce kullanılmış ve temizlenmemiş tuvalette resmen sidik izleri vardı.
