+ location − check in process- we got there early, and they said 2:30 pm was possible instead of 3pm, real time around 3:30 pm. no bottle water daily- only the first day

We really enjoyed our few days at the Pottinger. The central location was wonderful. + We went across the road to a restaurant that had western style breakfasts. Terrific. Everything we needed or wanted to see or do was in walking distance - very convenient. − There is no awning so getting from a cab into the hotel in the pouring rain is problematic.

Great location and nice hotel, staff need to be more international + Great location - clean room, lovely bed − Restaurant shut down so the entry from Pottinger Street was shut and the staff made lame excuses about the reason. The lobby is very small so without the restaurant there was nowhere to meet guests
