great! + very convinient location. spacious room for the entire family as it comes with sofa bed. the receptionist are very helpfull. the towel changed everyday. location near to halal food stall and walking distance to MTR station. overall is great. − the room itself is cold without turning on AC. no room heater as in other winter country. but there is hot water heater for bath.

The convenient location seems perfect. + Th location is great! A few local Chinese and several Japanese restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel . A favorite French bakery and coffee shop nearby for a quick breakfast. Hotel is on the MRT red line that can take you to Central. You can walk over to the harbour as well should you be able to walk 15 to 20 minutes away from the hotel. − More Lighting could be better. A bit dark but very soothing in the evenings. And the drainage smell from the bathroom could be managed better.

Mandy Made My Trip Extra Special! 😊 + I stayed at your hotel from the 6th to the 9th, and I just had to share my amazing experience! Honestly, I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews about the service here because my experience was the complete opposite—maybe those people never got to meet Mandy! (I hope I got her name right—she’s the lovely short-haired lady at the front desk.) Mandy was an absolute star! She completely changed my perception of the hotel with her kindness and warmth. From the moment I interacted with her, she made everything feel so easy and welcoming. No matter what I needed help with (even the silliest things, lol), she was always happy to assist without making me feel awkward for asking. Mandy made my trip to Hong Kong just as magical as Disneyland! If you’re reading this, Mandy, THANK YOU! 💖 And to the hotel—please take the best care of her because she’s truly a gem! ✨😊

Good location but average hotel condition + Location is good, near mtr, and lots of places to eat. It is pretty close to the Avenue of Stars. The overall condition of the hotel is just so-so. It is old and in need of a lot of remodelling. Tge lobby / check-in area is small, crowded, and cluttered. Thecstaff members are friendly.

Klare Empfehlung ! + Die Lage ist perfekt und man hat sich bei den Zimmern echt Mühe gegeben. Es liefen viele Geräte in dem Zimmer. Eins gegen Hitze, eins gegen die Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und das Dritte konnten wir nicht identifizieren, aber das Klima im Zimmer war gut auszuhalten. − -
