Exceptional Family Getaway – Highly Recommended! + Our family had a wonderful stay at Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong! Discovery Bay truly feels like a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation. The highlight of our trip was definitely the outstanding service. A special shout-out to Candy, who was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and pleasant. The entire staff team was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. For convenience, there is a huge marketplace located nearby, which was fantastic for picking up anything our family needed during the stay. If there is one minor downside, it’s that the in-room TV is a bit outdated and is not a smart TV. However, this didn't take away from our overall experience. It was a very pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend it to any families looking for a relaxing holiday!

Exceptional views. Friendly staff. Perfect for a quiet trip to Hong Kong. + View was outstanding. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. − The macaroni cheese was from a packet. Communication with the hotel prior to our visit was difficult with one member of staff (Ivy) choosing not to get back to us and leaving us in the lurch at the airport, which when you have two exhausted kids and a lot of luggage, was unacceptable.

Great for visiting Discovery Bay + The property was perfectly located for visiting friends who live in Discovery Bay and for getting to Disneyland. The room view was so good and the bathroom was excellent. − The room smelled of smoke.

Fantastic Stay with a Great View and Great Staff! + I am very satisfied with our stay. The front desk staff Candy were extremely polite and helpful, and she even upgraded us to an ocean view room. The room view is very awesome!

Good place for kids and staycation + The hotel is a great choice for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, making it ideal for family staycations. They offer various activities for kids, which we unfortunately missed, like the horse encounter and scavenger hunt. We loved the outdoor pool and the spacious suite with a stunning mountain view. However, we did notice some dust on the bedside table and TV counter, as well as crumbs and rubbish behind the sofa bed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

这家酒店整体体现也代表了整个香港服务行业的下滑 + 卫生条件很不错 − 酒店空调风量最小也感觉放了一个发动机、吵得没有办法入睡，衣柜的门关不紧里面的感应灯一直亮着 深夜太晚了没有叫修理人员，第二天反映给前台前台说如果早点反应他们就可以处理。在前台预定了去亚洲国际博览的大巴，大巴明明可以到博览馆东大堂门口，但结果放在了一个附近的停车场，这个入口可以到达但只有楼梯，外面瓢泼大雨带着两个行李箱在楼道口避雨了很久，体验感太差

Hong Kong views ! + Location, amazing views across the bay to Hong Kong. Very comfortable rooms. Large swimming pool. Excellent range of foods in the buffet breakfast. Use of the shuttle bus to Disney and Tung Chung. Pier out front where you can get the ferry to HK island − Not really anything to do with the hotel, but the local beach was quite plastic polluted.
