Regent Club morning crew Rocks!!! + I really enjoy the service provided by Regent Club Morning shift crew. Yujin and Karen left me with deep impression. All 4-day service maintains at a high standard. They are professional, nice, and with pretty smile. These 2 girls light up my day. It’s definitely the correct decision to add on the complimentary package that includes using Regent Club to my booking. It’s really worth it. Highly recommend to other travelers.

Excellent stay, would return. + Second stay at the Regent, this time either club access. Excellent checkin at the club lounge by Desmond who very kindly found us a room a bit early as our young son was very tired from a day of travel. The harbour view rooms have the best view in Hong Kong. The toilet area could be a bit more ergonomic (eg places to hang towels etc). Excellent air conditioning and bedding. The club lounge is a highlight. Very high quality food, especially breakfast. Would return

Visit for the view but don't stay here + The harbour view is truly spectacular, unique and memorable. The floor to ceiling windows from the lobby lounge cannot be rivalled by any other hotel in HK. But other than the view, every other aspects fell short of expectations of what is meant to be a top 5-star hotel. Context: We booked a harbourview suite to celebrate my husband's birthday over a weekend. We were there together with our 2yo child. After check-in, the staff brought us to a suite we didn't book. This suite has no doors separating the living room and bedroom. That doesn't work for us as the whole point of the suite is that we can still close off the bedroom and enjoy time as a couple in the sofa area after she sleeps. After challneging the staff, he enquired with front desk and informed us that we have been upgraded. We wanted the original suite back and then was then told that room is not ready. It was 5pm at that time but check in should be at 3pm. Now this explains the …

Memorable Fine Dining Experience at Regent Hong Kong + I stayed at Regent Hong Kong, because the primary reason for my trip to Hong Kong was the Taiwan Oolong Tea Tasting Event held on 15 August at Lai Ching Heen. The event exceeded my expectation, and the wonderful dining experience made my stay at Regent Hong Kong even more delightful. Special thanks to Lai Ching Heen, I savored the exquisite Cantonese cuisine, perfectly paired with an exceptional selection of teas, while enjoying a spectacular view of Victoria Harbour; it felt just like travelling through Taiwan while enjoying tea. At check-in, I am grateful to Mr.Simon for kindly arranging a room on my preferred floor while ensuring I could enjoy my IHG Diamond Elite benefits. Also, I am grateful to Duty Manager Mr. Keith for kindly accommodating my request regarding the Regent mooncakes. Overall, my stay at Regent Hong Kong was filled with comfortable, pleasant and memorable experiences. I look forward to the day I stay again.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room + Great service for the friendly front deck staff Fiona who assisted me for the check-in. She is very nice and always with smile, appreciated for taking me to the room after check in. The room is tidy and clean, got everything I need. Would be great to have a bigger bathing tube. The view of my room is not bad, mainly face to the swimming pool and some harbour view.

一個晚上也是台幣兩萬多，竟然不是免治馬桶，對於櫃檯的人員安排房間跟整個流程都不是很滿意，拿了小費給房間速度這麼慢 + 離海港城很近，逛街方便 − 明明定了兩間房要入房的時候一間已經好了，另外一間等了超過一個小時後面還有行程先去再回來，快10點才拿到房，房內防滑墊都發霉斑點
