Overall quite a positive experience. + I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel two days early whilst l traveled to mainland China. On arrival and check-in l realised l had lost my luggage receipt. Nonetheless, the porter — a young black man — was able to locate my luggage within the next thirty minutes and deliver it to my room. A wizard! There was a small but nice swimming pool on the roof where l managed to swim for about an hour each morning after opening at 9:30am. The breakfast buffet was generous. Good experience in the overall. − There were some Asian choices at breakfast but too few for such a rich buffet. Please have more of those. There could have been an offer to hotel guests for the Michelin-starred dim sum restaurant downstairs.

+ Sehr gute Lage in Kowloon, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel bietet viele Möglichkeiten - wenn man viel in Hongkong unterwegs ist, kann man das meiste gar nicht nutzen. Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich umfangreich mit mehreren Live-Koch-Stationen, und das zu einem wirklich unschlagbaren Preis. − Teppichböden im Zimmer finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Der Poolbereich ist überschaubar, der Pool könnte länger offen sein.

+ Albergo molto bello e pulito. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade di stanza che abbiamo particolarmente gradito. La struttura poi è a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Jordan che è molto comoda per visitare Hong Kong. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Letto comodissimo

great location, friendly staff, will go back + Room was small but comfortable, cozy and aesthetic; it had the basic things we needed. The location was superb - it was near stations and was accessible by other modes of transportation such as taxis and buses. Loved the refilling ice and water station in the floors. Breakfast was good and I wish we had more time to explore the restos and food hall in the building. Staff was friendly and helpful. − It was a bit cramped but still very acceptable for a family of 3, for the price we paid.

Would stay here again! Comfortable, great value and and fab breakfast + Great value, nice room but we did pay for an upgrade but the room was the same size as already booked just refurbished so we were expecting bigger − Great bed, great pillows and sheets, nice toiletries and fab breakfast

Fijn verblijf + Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De ligging is echt super: dichtbij de MTR en verschillende bushaltes. Met slechts één halte ben je bij Ladies’ Market en Sneaker Street. Ook op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vind je een straat met heerlijke streetfood en zijn er genoeg restaurantjes om lekker een hapje te eten. In het hotel zelf is een foodhall aanwezig en er is ook een gezellige bar waar je na een dagje sightseeing lekker een drankje kunt doen. De kamer was comfortabel, met een fijne douche en een heerlijk bed. Maar voor ons was vooral de locatie een groot pluspunt. Alles was makkelijk bereikbaar en daardoor is dit hotel wat ons betreft zeker een aanrader!
