Divertido mas poderia ter sido melhor. + Estrutura do Hotel é muito boa, parte social bem nova e moderna. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos, oferta de comida abundante e jantares sofisticados. − Quartos não são modernos, muito pequenos para uma família com 4 pessoas. Nosso quarto estava com limpeza que deixou a desejar, inclusive tivemos 2 baratas em dois dias. Banheiro minúsculo, sem circulação de ar.

Good but not amazing + Excellent beach with amazing water for swimming. Reception staff in particular were very helpful & cleaning staff kept our room clean. Spa staff came round to talk about services but weren't pushy. Entertainment team work an incredibly long day and do their best to offer something for everyone (we were regulars at the mini disco!) Alongside outside singers there was always something to do. Played mini golf one day which was a nice break & would also recommend the glass bottom boat that operates from the beach (not hotel affiliated) as a way to kill an hour. Easy to book a taxi to old town etc through reception. Swimming pool was also nice & even as a group of 6 we always got a space. − Food & drink!! None of the soft drinks taste right (too watered down) and the mocktails are all heavy on syrup. Alcohol drinks did fare a bit better. The buffet is standard fare, but the a la carte restaurants were a dissappointment. Would describe every meal as just fine & servi…

Mediocre + Nice area and staff were all very helpful − Standard of cleaning in the room was very poor, food other than the Peruvian restaurant was poor, shower in the bathroom was a shower attachment in a small bath and tv didn’t work the entire time we were there

perfect stay for the families + Pool suite is excellent for the families with kids. We spent all day in our suite while our daugther enjoying the pool. there is a bar near the pool, we ate our lunch and breakfast easily. after 2 days the barman knew our taste if drinks and sent us our favourite drinks with a nice presentation :) ala carte restaurants were perfect with different menus and drinks. our suite is 5 minute walking distance to the sea. The sea was nice very clean there were a lot of fishes in the sea.

חופשה מושלמת, מקווים לחזור ולהתארח שוב. + מלון יפה, נקי, נעים, צוות אדיב ושירותי, קיבלנו חדר גדול שהיה ממש נח בו להעביר את החופשה. שפע אוכל, קוקטיילים ואווירה טובה. הילדה מאוד נהנתה גם מהמתקנים וגם מהצוות בידור ילדים, יש אוכל מותאם לילדים ושפע פירות. המסעדות הן קונספט נהדר שנותן תחושה שכל ערב הולכים למקום אחר. ממליצים בחום. − לא היה משהו שלא אהבנו.

Lovely hotel however needs to sort out the booking system for the restaurants. + Loved the beach area and all the restaurants and staff around the beach The maid service was exceptional the reception staff were helpful and welcoming The entertainment was brilliant in the evenings and during the day at the beach The food quality was amazing in the Greek meze the Italian and both those restaurants during the day including the staff there especially the lovely waiter who greets you every morning with coffee and a smile at the beach breakfast restaurant The sea and the water sports were good and also plenty of sunbeds around all day long down at the beach. Also the lady who makes the cocktails at the bar in the main building was amazing and very accommodating making us a couple of drinks not in the menu and was so friendly and smiley. Good facility with medium falue for money. + Great facility, nice beach and swimming pools. The stuff was amazingly welcoming. − The food is average. Expensive while the value for money is average.

Très sympa. Bien pr les enfants. + Personnel très gentil. Possibilité de nourriture bébé. Calme des bungalow. Piscine à la bonne température. Serviettes propres dispo en cours de journée. Plusieurs restaurants − Nettoyage des chambres manque un peu de propreté mais ça va quand même.

Far from a 5-Star Experience + The hotel itself and the facilities are beautiful and very well kept − Where do we even begin? This hotel falls completely short of 5-star standards in almost every category. Dining & Food Quality - Buffet & Food Quality: The buffet food was mediocre and unappealing. Worse, dining windows are extremely tight (lunch is only 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM), and staff routinely begin closing bars, buffets, and snack stations 15 to 30 minutes early. Specialty Restaurants: Booking a table at the themed restaurants is virtually impossible. Guests are forced to rely on customer relations, who simply assign whatever random reservation they feel like giving you. Coffee & Beverages: There is only one real espresso machine on the entire property at a bar that does not open until 10:00 AM. Everywhere else, you are served instant powder coffee. Lack of Room Service / Flexibility: On our first night, my wife had to stay in the room with our child and missed dinner. I…
