A disorganised mess + Relatively Comfy beds − I honestly did not really liked anything, except the staff at the restaurant downstairs. Most of the staff were rude and disrespectful. I left my credit card at the reception when I checked in, but they would still bother me every single time a receipt was issued, especially the Sky bar upstairs with that manager made that poor little girl to chase me down the stairs to pay when I had requested to add it in the room. They would call me several times on quiet hours when I’m obviously there to relax and while I’m trying to deal with a health issue I informed. The HK would knock on my door when I have the do-not-disturb sign…. I wouldn’t say the hotel is even near any 5-star standards from the facilities to the staff training. And I booked a double bed and was given twins, plus my card was not working when I arrived, past midnight…..

Friendly staff but probably not a place I’d recommend + The staff were very helpful and friendly. − Rooms, high cost for laundry and drinks. AC didn’t work very well, neither did the coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was ok but a lot of the food was cold.
