Would return again + Great hotel in a central location. We walked everywhere. And the room was spacious and comfortable.

Excellent séjour dans l'ensemble. + Très bon emplacement dans une rue calme et proche de la vieille ville. La salle de sport très disponible est un vrai plus. − La chambre est un peu encombrée et donc un peu petite. L'air conditionnée est un peu bruyante mais peu nécessaire au vu du climat.

Great location and clean room, but disappointing breakfast and no parking available. + The hotel was very centrally located, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. − The parking situation was disappointing. Although the hotel stated that parking was available, there were no spaces left when we arrived. We therefore had to find parking ourselves. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was rather limited, and the overall quality and presentation felt more like a canteen than what we would expect from a hotel of this category.

+ Excellent location. The staff are super friendly and very helpful especially the receptionists. It happened that my unexpected early arrival granted me an early and smooth check in, and a parking spot in the garage. The room with generous amenities was clean and comfortable.

+ We stayed here during the Fringe Fest and found the location to be the best part as it is in a central location between a lot of the major Fringe venues. The room--while not the biggest--was big enough for two big suitcases and to not feel entirely cramped. Also I found the fitness center to have a good mix of equipment and really appreciated that. − The cost in this case. I know the prices during this time are naturally going to be inflated, but it is just so much money for a basic room.

A hotel with real potential, held back by attention to detail + The location is hard to beat - centrally situated with easy access to everything you'd want. The bar sets a wonderful first impression with a great ambience and stylish decor. The room was spacious and impressively quiet; I barely noticed any noise from the nearby road. The gym is well equipped and generously sized. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently friendly and always willing to help. − Unfortunately, a few issues marred the experience. Most alarmingly, the duvet in the room was covered in what appeared to be dried, washed blood stains. This is simply unacceptable in a 4-star hotel — if stains can't be washed out, the bedding should be replaced. To their credit, the front desk replaced it promptly after I raised the issue, but it should never have reached the room in the first place. Getting from reception to the room was a surprisingly long walk - if your room number is in the 20–35 range, be prepared. The…
