+ Great location, breakfast and room itself. Comfortable bed and bathroom. − I stayed for 4 nights but housekeeping only came on the day before checkout. I reported bugs on the bed to reception and also showed photos but lady at reception only said this had never happened before and asked me to e-mail the photos to reception. This was now 10 days ago and I am still waiting for a response.

Excellent hotel in a super locations - just a couple of things could make it a lot better + Location is perfect. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. − No storage in room. I was staying for two weeks and there is nowhere to organise your clothes and belongings. I had to live out of my suitcase and a few hangers. Probably ok for weekend travellers but any longer and it becomes frustrating. The other thing is housekeeping - the fact that you have to request it is awkward, also this was not properly explained when I arrived, so I couldn't understand why my room was not serviced or no dry towels. However when you ask about it, there is no problem, you just need to let reception know what you would like.

ligging hotel is prima. gastvrijheid is een punt van aandacht. onze kamer inrichting was gedateerd. + alleen het ontbijt was goed. − De kamer zoals aangekondigd door Booking.com was niet bestemd voor 2 personen en zeer klein zonder ramen. Tekst en foto's kloppen dus niet t.o.v. hetgeen je krijgt. Klaus K gaf aan dit te weten en dat dit de verantwoordelijkheid is van Booking.com om dit aan te passen. Tegen meer betaling konden we een iets grotere kamer krijgen maar ook deze was niet echt comfortabel. Daarnaast gevraagd om de kamer schoon te maken, wat niet is gebeurd. Navraag gedaan, geen excuus, handdoeken alsnog gekregen maar geen toiletpapier en tissues. Wederom naar de balie geweest om dit te regelen. Bij het uitchecken was men ook niet benieuwd hoe het verblijf was geweest. Hospitality blijkt bij Klaus K moeilijk te zijn.

Good location. Not good for a light sleeper. + Central. Room compact but had everything i needed − Room had a loud humming sound. I asked staff about it and they said that was normal for the rooms and gave me ear plugs. There’s also a very loud vent outside the ‘A’ side. For a light sleeper this was a challenge.

+ Sehr gute Lage, alles gut erreichbar − Das Zimmer 305 fand ich eher deprimierend, recht dunkel und sinnlos, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen, das Zimmer nicht.

+ Die Zimmer waren extrem klein, es gab keinen Schreibtisch und keinen Schrank. Für ein ruhiges Zimmer musste man auf den Hof schauen.
