+ Everything was perfect, right from the welcoming reception and the professional staff at the front desk. The room service was flawless. The staff working at the beach bar, pool bar, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided more than perfect service, and the food completely exceeded our expectations! Even the spa experience was amazing—Norhan was exceptionally great. My husband and I had so much fun and were so happy throughout our stay. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends! − Nothing, everything was perfect.

You will countdown to come back + Fun for everyone, wheelchair friendly, cats care, very kind employees ready to help anytime at every station, relax pool, diving. − We had an unlikely situation with cat male mark smell in front of our room door and to get anyone to clean it took us more than 30 min. We called 3 times reception to get help. It was in the evening time after 10:30 pm.

Großartig, beschreibt es, glaube ich am besten und dieses Jahr wird im Oktober der dritte Besuch anstehen. + Wir sind mittlerweile zwei bis dreimal im Jahr da, da uns an der Unterkunft einfach alles gefällt und wir bisher noch keinen einzigen Mangel entdecken konnten. − Das Tür System mit den Karten was ja gangundgäbe ist, ist leider durch das mittragen von Handys überall ein kleines Problem denn wenn die Karten sich mit dem Handy aneinander tun, weil man nur eine kleine Tasche hat, kommt man häufig nicht ins Zimmer rein und muss zur Rezeption zurück. Das ist aber nicht etwas, was uns nicht gefallen hat, sondern was leider technisch nicht anders zu lösen ist mit diesem System

Good but could be better + The hotel has a good program of different activities to try like yoga and archery. It offers different experiences and stuff that are not always present in other hotels like silent cinema, silent party, night pool party, sauna, turkish coffee, ice coffee, beach canoeing. I know these stuff are not related but wanted to mention all the different aspects that the hotel offers. The food has a different variety as well. It is not excellent but it is good, and some items could be considered very good. − Things are not as good as they were before. I have been going there for years and things are not like they used to. This used to be my favorite hotel but not anymore. Bad AC in public areas like lobby and restaurant. Specially the restaurant's AC it feels like it is not working at all sometimes and this totally ruins the eating experience. For drinks, it looks like they do not always use original coke, as the coke does not taste good. And the drinks are sometime…

Perfect. Sure to come again. + Excellent sea view − No good tennis rackets, could’ve been of better quality, no good quality table tennis rackets & tables as well, & no billiard available at all.

Good stay but not comfortable vacation + The animation team is perfect, creators and very organized − AC in all restaurants is horrible, i was sweating every meal and looking after the ceiling fans to set below. In room internet is not available and reception team always trying to fix it. 😏😏😏 but no action taken. The front desk team is not cooperative at all and very strict with the rules. I checked out from the room at 12:00pm but i was begging to delay my exit till 6:00pm to avoid the summer heat during my drive specially with my kids but they act like they made a big favor to me to delay it to 4pm.

Awesome.I am planning to visit again soon + Friendly staff ‘very unique food with perfect quality and variety Ironically Iam complaining about the luxurious food which broke my diet😀 The one system of all inclusive means no hassle to take an advantage of everything you prefer without preacautions😀 − Internet service unfortunately poor in rooms slow in public I tried to use my cellular phone plan but it needs to improve Usually 3 G

Moyen mitigée + Hôtel très propre, ils pensent à tout. Le snorkelling. Les chambres et les Sdb. Le lac. Le lagoon. − Personnel qui se mêle trop et pose trop de questions. Au restaurant ou au bord de la piscine ils te questionnent sur tes origines. Ça ne se fait pas !!!! De plus, les transats autour des piscines sont vite occupés. Dès 7h du matin et jusqu'en fin d'après midi. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. C'est tres gênant et dérangeant. Cela a gâché nos vacances.

Its a magical place, I would fully recommend it whether your on your own, as a family or as a pair + the general Vibe, all of the staff -from the room boy to the waiters, guest services and animation team, everyone was amazing. − The sun was too hot

Amazing holiday + Clean, nice gardens, pools and a lot of activity facilities. Don’t forget your sport shoes. Large variety of meals - everyone can find very tasty food.

5th visit... perfect relaxing spot... + As usual i like the Sea, food, staff treatment, and the hotel vibes. − Lot of cats every where with bad smelling, the hotel management needs to limit cats availabilty in limited areas. In addition animation team need to do better...
