Très beau séjour je reviendrai certainement + Staff très à l écoute et au petit soin. Le personnel réception /chambre /animation/ restauration tous bien attentionnés . Belle Plage avec coraux et divers poissons accessibles avec un masque . Plusieurs restaurant inclus dans le inclusive permet de diversifier les repas. − Le restaurant principal propose toujours les mêmes repas mais possibilités de réserver dans les restaurants avec des spécialités différentes rattrape !

+ Tesis temiz, personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Deniz ve sahil kum, sahilden denize giriş olduğu için çocuklu aileler için tavsiye ederim. Şezlong bulma problemi yok, sahilde ve havuz kenarında içecek servisi gayet iyi. Açık büfe restoranda da servis ve mutfak personeli yardımcı ve hızlı. Ayrıca alakart restoranlar çeşitli ve lezzetli. Rezervasyon yapabilirseniz akşam yemekleri açık büfe restorandan daha sakin ve lezzetli oluyor. − Tesis oldukça büyük, odanız arkalarda olursa plaj ve restoranlara epey yürümeniz gerek. Eşimin ayak bileğinde sorun vardı, yürümede sıkıntı çekiyordu, doluluk nedeniyle yakın bir yere alamadılar ve tesislere ulaşımda güçlük çektik. Açık büfe restoranda özellikle et yemeği tek çeşit, çok seçenek yok. Plaj bölümünde otelin dışından işletme temsilcileri tarafından meyve suyu, tekne turu, masaj vb satışı nedeniyle sürekli rahatsız edilebiliyorsunuz. Otelin buna bir çare bulması iyi olur.

+ ساشارك تجربتي بناء على رحلة واحدة سكنت فيها في ثلاث منتجعات - تنوع البوفيه - البحر جيد − - اغلى سعر في الثلاث فنادق - عدم الاهتمام بنظافة المسابح - قلة الالعاب المائية - يجب تحميل تطبيق لحجز فعاليات الفندق و معرفة كل ما يتعلق به (للاسف لا يعمل على موبايل يدعم اللغة العربية) - عدم وجود منفذ كهرباء ثلاثي في الغرفة جميعها ثنائية (تم توفير فيش ثلاثي واحد من قبل الاستقبال) - تعامل العاملين معك يشعرك انك غير مرحب بك (ماعدا موظفين الاستقبال)

Consigliatissimo per famiglie ed anche per coloro che non hanno bambini + La struttura è bellissima tutta curata il personale gentilissimo anche se noi avevamo difficoltà con l’inglese. Kaliteli hizmet, güzel misafirperverlik + Çaalışanlar çok kibar ve yaklaşımları çok içten. Müşteri memnuniyeti için her imkanı sunuyorlar. Tesisin gelir elde etmek için değil, misafirleri memnun etmek üzere bir anlayışı var. Tesise gece yarısı, sabaha karşı vardık. Kahvaltı ile ağırladılar ve erken check-in yapıp odamızı hemen ayarladılar. Çıkış günü ise geç check-out ile tüm gün otel ve imkanlarından faydalanmamızı sağladılar. Öğlen 12 de odamızı boşalttığımız halde akşam yemeğinden evvel bize ayrı bir oda açıp, duş almamızı sağladılar. Resepsiyonda görev yapan Ali Bey, Abdelrahman Bey ve Fahmy Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Aquapark, deniz, eğlence imkanları çok iyiydi. Çocuklarımla birlikte mutlu ve beklentilerimizin ötesinde hizmet aldığımızı belirtmek isterim.
