+ Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The food was good, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very friendly and professional, and the warm smiles from the staff throughout the hotel made the atmosphere even more welcoming. − The restaurant was extremely crowded, with insufficient seating and tables for the number of guests. The beach also lacked sufficient sun loungers and umbrellas for hotel guests. As a result, I had to wait for several hours before finding an available sun lounger. Additionally, the restaurant staff were unable to provide adequate service due to the overcrowding and insufficient resources.

Wonderful family stay with amazing staff and a beautiful sea + My family and I had a wonderful stay at Old Palace Resort Sahl Hasheesh from 23 to 29 August. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, respectful, and professional from the first day until the last. The sea was absolutely beautiful, and the pool area was lovely, clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud, the Restaurant Manager. He was very attentive and professional and clearly cared about every detail. He regularly asked guests for their feedback about the food and made sure everything was available and that nothing was missing. Special thanks also to Mahmoud Magly, the chef at the grill during lunch and dinner, and to Mr. Fouad. Everyone treated us very well, but these were the people we interacted with regularly, and their excellent service really stood out. Overall, we really enjoyed our family holiday and would be happy to return. − The only area that needs more attent…
