+ Loved the convenience of the amenities, and I especially loved the beach. − I visited the resort about 20 years ago, and even back then, I did not like the long wait to check in. The resort itself also seemed quite old and in need desperate of updating.

It was a good stay overall because I did get to enjoy the pool, the beach, and the food. + I liked that the dining area was clean and there were always good food choices. I like the comfort of the bed and the balcony view. I liked the staff at the bars and main dining area. I loved the energy of the entertainment staff and the dance show. I loved the quiet pool area. Lastly, the lobby is beautiful and comfortable to sit at when waiting for car service. − I didn't like that the front desk staff just gave us a very small, blurry map when we checked in. They didn't explain how to get our pool towels or where to go for food. Also, it would have been helpful if they would have directed us to the display of events happening throughout the week. I didn't like the bathtub because it would not drain for a long time and the showerhead needed to be cleaned better, or updated. The room needs more than one socket to plug things in and it and brighter lighting. I didn't like that there wasn't much …
