Modern and stylish with great breakfast. + The breakfast was delicious, huge variety of sweet and savory, including hot options. We had a room upgrade from economy to executive. It was very nicely modernly furnished. The location was very handy, close to public transport, direct connection to both city center and Svinov train station. − We could use a second door key, otherwise there was nothing we didn't like.

Sehr gutes Hotel + Schönes, modernes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. − Preis war etwas hoch. Zudem fanden Baumaßnahmen im Hotel statt.

Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Ostrawie + Wszystko się podobało. To bardzo przytulny i ładny hotel w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji. Personel mówił nawet po polsku co jest bardzo pozytywnym zaskoczeniem. Bardzo sympatyczni ludzie. Przede wszystkim było bardzo czysto, to naprawdę wielki atut tego hotelu. Bardzo dobre śniadanko i kawa. Wszystko super. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie, wszystkiego dobrego! − Nic :)
