Una delusione. Non fatevi ingannare dal nome <SPA> + Solo la posizione − Colazione scarsa e priva di molte opzioni Stanza da anni '80 con moquette colore opaco Difficile capire come booking dica che sia un 3 stelle è un 2 stelle scarzo Ascensore che arriva al piano intermedio ...quindi per arrivare al piano con i bagagli vanno affrontate le scale.

+ Fantastic location, comfortable and very clean room, and excellent service from the staff. It was also very convenient that they offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location but average room + The room was very spacious and the location is excellent for accessing the old city − The staff were not very helpful when we reported that our bathtub was blocked and was hard to find someone manning the reception desk. Breakfast was below average in variety and quality. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner but ok for a short stay. The indoor lift starts on the first floor and stops one floor below the suite so there is some luggage carrying involved if you're staying at the top floor

If you just need a place to stay in the city center with no attention to comfort then this one is for you. + The location! − The cleanliness = the whole room is covered with moquette. At check-in we found used plastic bag, hair tie and a used bandage lying near the vanity. A four star hotel that do not offer basic toletries such as shampoo, bath soap, and tissue roll. I am not the type who will complain, so the night of the check-in we noticed that the available toiletries are less than 1/4 of the bottles. The roll is used too not new and only offer a spare one for a family of four. I do not have prob with those because we carry our own all the time. Although I brought only the 100ml ones because I assumed that it’s a 4 star one. Was able to got it in a low price beacuse of booking discount though. The next day I told the reception guy (a bearded one) about it and he told me that it would be refilled, everyday they have housekeeping. And voila, during the late afternoon when we ret…

If you value cleanliness, this is definitely not the place for you. + The location − An absolute disappointment. I have never stayed in a room that was this dirty. There was dust everywhere, and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The toilet had a brown substance running down the outside, while the inside was completely black. But what really crossed the line was when we came back one day after being out all day and found that someone — presumably a member of the cleaning staff or someone else who had entered the room — had used our bathroom and left feces in the toilet without even flushing. If you value cleanliness, this is definitely not the place for you.
