Great hotel! + Location is perfect - right in front of the central train station and there is no noise to bother - thanks to the powerful double windows! Breakfast is great too! − Just the room had cigarette smells each time we went back to the room (no such smell the first time we checked in).

また泊まりたいHOTEL + このHOTELは10年前にも宿泊していますが、改装されたのか以前より綺麗になっていると感じました。 朝食は、種類が多く美味しいです。スタッフの働きも素晴らしいです。部屋に冷蔵庫やポットがあるのは嬉しかった。

Összességében jó volt, a fenti kellemetlenséget ellensúlyozta, hogy a hotel központi fekvésű, ami fontos volt számunkra! + Minden látni valóhoz és a vasútállomáshoz. közel van. − Három felnőtt személy részére szűkös, a francia ágy keskeny és a matrac középen domború!!A poggyász elhelyezhetősége nem volt komfortos!

+ Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - für uns war es wichtig, dass es auch Cappuchino&Co gab. Im Foyer standen kostenlose Wasserspender bereit. Das WLAN war stabil. Im Zimmer gab es alles, was benötigt wurde. − Da wir zu dritt im Zimmer waren, musste einer auf dem ausgeklappten Sofa schlafen, welches eine eigenartige Mischung aus sehr weicher Matratze und harten Bauelementen war. Schön wären noch zwei weitere Stühle gewesen, damit jeder einen hat. Aber sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen :-)

+ Always friendly helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable beds. Close to the main station. Wenceslas sq and a short walk from the old town. − More choice for breakfast. I missed not having baked beans. Plus think about dietary requirements for many people. Don't put eggs and bacon in the same warmer, and sausages and vegetables/potatos. I know they weren't touching but there are plenty of people that would not touch those vegetables and egg because of this. Why aren't the sausages and bacon in one?

Už nikdy. + Dobrá lokalita. − Při příchodu smrad na pokoji z cigaret. Na recepci se v České republice domluvit pouze anglicky je tragické. Vysoká cena za podprůměrné ubytování.
