موقع الفندق جميل وهادئ ومميز + موقع الفندق ممتاز في وسط السنتر رغم موقعة على منطقة جبلية. موظف الاستقبال كان بشوش ومتعاون على مااعتقد اسمة غالب رغم وصولنا في وقت متاخر من الليل وضيعنا موقع الفندق حيث لايمكن الذهاب الى موقع الفندق لاسباب امنية الا عن طريق الفندق في النهار. ساعدنا موظف الاستقبال باحضار السيارة بسرعة وتنزيل العفش بسرعة حتى لا يرانا البوليس وطلب منا الوقوف في مواقف الفدق ااذي يبعد حوالي 10 دقائق مشيا بالاقدام. لقد قام موظف الاستقبال غالب بترقية الغرفة الاولي من ستاندرد الى ديلوكس حيث كانت الغرفة واسعة ومطلة على السنتر ويوجد بها جميع المرافق من ثلاجة وغلاية شاهي وصوفا وايضا الحمام كان واسع ومريح اما بالنسبة للغرفة الثانية كانت ستاندردصغيرة وضيقة المجودة فيها ابنائي ولا يوجد بها ثلاجة ولا غلاية شاهي ولا حتى تسريحة رغم الفندق يصنف ب اربع نجوم. − لم يعجبني هو بعد مواقف السيارة عن الفندق وسعر الموقف مبالغ فية 33 يورو.

+ Čistota pokoje a vybavení společných prostor, které bylo elegantní − Fungování recepce. Když jsme přijeli, první problém je, že recepce v České republice není schopná mluvit pořádně česky. Potom nechá klienty táhnout kufry z vašeho centrálního parkoviště, aniž by vám nabídli možnost svozu zavazadel nebo alespoň nějaký vstřícnější přístup. Když jsem požádala o lék na bolest hlavy, byla jsem hrubě odmítnuta s tím, že žádnou lékárničku nemáte a není to možné. Minibar, který jsme měli mít v ceně byl prázdný a to i přes dvě urgence. Jediný fajn z personálu byl řidič vozu, který se vše při našem příjezdu snažil zachránit a za to děkujeme. Ale cizinec pracující na recepci byl tedy za mne otřesný. Čímž nám zkazil celkový dojem hned při příjezdu a během pobytu se to nezlepšilo

Excellent Location, Accommodations, Food and Service in the Heart of Cesky Krumlov + Breakfast -- good selection of food at breakfast but more fresh fruit for yoghurt eaters would have been appreciated. Coffee machines works well and made excellent coffee, cappuccino and the like. We ate lunch at restaurant and all the salads were very good. Service at reception and in restaurants was excellent. The staff is exceptional. Rooms are clean, updated, and well furnished. A small refrigerator would have been nice. Last year our rooms were larger and we had views to the square. This year rooms were smaller and no view. Hotel, however, was fully booked and I believe we had complimentary upgrades last year. C'est la vie!
