Heerlijke plek + Het is een erg fijn hotel met ruime kamers, goede verduisterende gordijnen, lekkere bedden, goed eten en een perfecte ligging. Aan de strip, maar toch buiten de drukte en op 2 min loopafstand van het strand. Geen insecten op de kamer, ondanks dat je in de jungle bent.

Relajante y confortable. + El hotel en si es muy bonito y acogedor, está muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico, la habitación es muy cómoda, la piscina es bonita y relajante, el desayuno me gustó mucho y finalmente el personal es muy amable. − Que apeguen las luces del pasillo a una hora determinada porque el cuarto queda muy iluminado y la luz del aire acondicionado no la logré apagar por lo que me costó conciliar el sueño al inicio.

Fantastic location and friendly staff. + Fabulous location near to Carmen Beach, supermarket and cafes/shops. The reception staff were fabulous and friendly for check-in as well as check out; in particular Luis and Astrid. The rooms and balcony were very comfortable and had everything you needed. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was made to order and the staff were friendly. They also provided beach umbrellas. We made two separate bookings and stayed for three nights as we couldn't get the same rooms but they upgraded our first booking so we didn't have to move rooms which was very much appreciated! − The pool area is not that big but of course there is the beach nearby. We didn't use the pool but there were a couple of evenings where the pool area was rather hectic, crowded and loud with children screaming until quite late. There may have been a big group staying over the weekend as this was isolated to then. It was quiet the rest of our stay.

Excelente opción para familias para conocer y disfrutar Santa Teresa + Habitación cómoda, estacionamiento disponible, ricos desayunos, personal muy amable. Nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitamos para unos días de playa: cooler, quitasol. Hay un tremendo supermercado al lado. Además tienen convenios con restaurantes muy buenos cerca. Para bañarse bien recomiendo Playa Cuevas y para surf, Playa Hermosa − En una de las habitaciones había un olor especial, no supe si era humedad o qué La playa frente al hotel no es apta para baño por las corrientes, mejor ir a otras más protegidas como Playa Cuevas u otras.

+ Hemos estado de lujo. Desayuno muy completo. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpio con un olor a spa constante que te hace sentir muy a gusto. Con el detalle de ofrecerte toallas para la playa y piscina. Personal muy amable y atentos. Genial!
