+ Absolutely gorgeous place! We loved our room and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming! They were so generous with our celebration and reason for visiting. Donald the pool bartender was our absolute favorite! He was so much fun and we loved chatting with him. So many onsite activities to do as well.

+ The hotel’s location is truly beautiful, with stunning views of the beach and surrounding nature - definitely a highlight of the stay. However, my experience with early check-in was disappointing. I paid extra for the 9 a.m. early check-in option, but upon arrival, I was told my room wasn’t ready. Understandable in the early morning, so I went for breakfast and then a swim to pass the time. By noon (over 3.5 hours later), I checked back with the front desk, only to be told the room still wasn’t ready but “soon.” I ended up waiting in the lobby for nearly four more hours before finally getting access to my room - around 4 p.m., which is regular check-in time. What made the situation frustrating was watching dozens of other guests (40+ by my count) check in, receive their keys, and head to their rooms while I sat waiting - despite having paid for early access. It seems there’s a lack of oversight in how early check-in is managed, and unfortunately, it left me feeling like the option…

+ The staff was great. Nelson is the best driver ever!! The food was so fresh. Plenty of options − The resort needs some upgrades but we still had a good time. Also the resort wasn't very walkable so we had to call transportation when we needed to go somewhere.

Avoid avoid avoid. + Scenery was lovely although it set in a cove with black sand − It’s like a glorified booze cruise. We fell for the upgrade to Preferred guest as it was our honeymoon not worth a penny. They have no real facilities for guests to make you feel preferred apart from a breakfast restaurant and sone cans in your fridge. Unlike other secrets hotels there is no separate pool or fine dining. The quiet pool was full of drunken revellers and the older clientele were not looked after at all. The staff round the pool apart from the first day were non existent. All in all an absolute avoid

不是我预期中的酒店，非常美式，不够雅致 + 地理位置不错，风景不错，有个私人沙滩。 − 客房卫生间下水道有臭味，房间内有两个空调（可能一个坏掉的吧，但没有拆掉），但观感不好；洗手盆会积水，空调外挂机装在阳台上，本来有点挤的阳台更挤了。 有好几个餐厅，但食物一般，比如有dress要求的意大利餐厅和亚洲餐厅，环境很美，但食物是预制菜，不好吃。早餐也一般，面包糕点有点硬

Hostigamiento por membresía + La playa muy linda − La experiencia fue desagradable debido al hostigamiento del personal para que nos suscribiéramos a su programa de membresía. Estuvimos más de tres horas seguidas siendo presionados, a pesar de haber dicho reiteradamente que no estábamos interesados dado que no se ajusta a nuestra forma de viajar ni a nuestro presupuesto pagar casi 14.000 usd por una membresía. La insistencia fue excesiva, invasiva y totalmente fuera de lugar, transformando lo que debía ser una estadía de descanso en una experiencia incómoda y molesta. Este tipo de prácticas no son aceptables y dañan gravemente la imagen del hotel. No volvería ni lo recomendaría mientras mantengan este tipo de presión comercial hacia los huéspedes.

+ The staff was great. Everyone super friendly. We had been staying at the Waldorf first and I will say the Conciege at this property far exceeded them! Jose (?) the lead concierge was outstanding helping us with a few extra things we needed (I brought a small dog who needed a vet test to get home. He arranged everything with very short notice and put me at ease. My son got stomach sick and he had meds sent up) He was awesome! − Main areas need to be renovated.
