가성비 좋은 호텔 + 직원들이 친절하고 전체적으로 잘 꾸며저 있음. 수영장 물이 차가워 들어가보진 못함. 사우나도 예약할 수 있다고 함. 사용은 못해봄. − 위치가 대로변 외곽이라서 택시 잡기가 쉽지 않음. 출퇴근 시간에는 막히는 지역이라서 택시를 오래 기다려야 했음.

+ Super hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa. On a pu laisser nos bagages étant arrivés plus tôt et le lendemain toute la journée pendant nos visites. La chambre était propre, le lit super confortable et grand, les rideaux permettent de dormir dans le noir. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Grand centre commercial pas loin. Jacuzzi sur le toit et une piscine aussi. − L'emplacement est un peu "excentré" si vous prenez le métro du centre où il y a les principales visites. Mais ca se fait bien. Ras sur le quartier très safe, un peu "mort" la nuit

Overall, everything was very good, although there was limited flexibility in some areas. + Good service overall. Everything was clean and well organized. It was also convenient for the cars picking me up to stop and park. − At reception, they could have been a little more flexible in allowing me to check in before the official time, especially considering that my room was already ready and that I had informed them in advance that I would be arriving early. For checking in just 2–3 hours before the official time, I was charged half of the daily room rate. I understand that this may be hotel policy, but I believe there could have been more flexibility. This is something that will make me think twice about staying at this hotel on my next visit to Santiago.

Welcoming Hotel with Exceptional Staff + A quiet and cute hotel in a pleasant area. Wonderfully helpful and polite staff. The cleaners really have a knack for keeping things tidy. Especially suitable for solo travellers, people travelling with any kind of special service needs, and/or families with young children. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant has a decent clientele. The gym is quite small but very functional. The pool area is beautiful. Special attention has been given to safety. − The hotel is already a well-maintained entity. I would perhaps invest in firmer mattresses for the future, but that may be a matter of taste.
