Un gran Fake esta hotel. Desde el traslado hasta la atencion.No vengan + La pieza en si cumplía. Pero solo eso − 1.- Al tomar el hotel via booking , el factor decisivo fue que "garantizaba traslado desde aeropuerto ida y vuelta 24 horas)", pero la letra chica que no decian es que este solo se hacia cada 1 hora y tu tenias que buscar el "supuesto movil" . La persona del wsp ironizaba contigo cuando hacias preguntas , del estilo "lea, lea ahi esta todo y no pregunte tonteras". Uno esperaria que el traslado se programara contigo, como pasa en las grandes capitales mundiales 2.- Otro error que cometimos fue que no leimos los comentarios malos en booking respecto a la atencion y los reafirmo totalmente. Los de recepcion son altaneros, poco amables, ironicos que a uno lo hacen sentir como estupido. Trabajan en "atencion de gente" y no entiendo como pueden ser asi Una experiencia pauperrima.Nunca mas lo tomare .Estan advertidos

LLEGAMOS A AEROPUERTO EL 010926, LO QUE HABÍAMOS PLANTEADO AL CONTRATAR. NADIE NOS ESPERABA. ASÍ, INMEDIATAMENTE LLAMAMOS DESDE VARIOS DE MIS TELÉFONOS. A VARIOS TELÉFONOS DEL HOTEL Y NADIE CONTESTÓ. FINALMENTE, APARECE UN BOT QUE POCO O NADA RESUELVE Y EN DEFINITIVA NOS INDICA QUE NO HAY EJECUTIVO QUE HABLE ESPAÑOL Y QUE ESTÉ DISPONIBLE. INDIQUÉ QUE ANULABA RESERVA, PUES NO SE CUMPLIÓ CON LO ESENCIAL, QUE ERA QUE NOS FUERAN A BUSCAR PARA QUEDARNOS EN ESE HOTEL, PUES ERA TARDE Y LAS DOS PERSONAS SOMOS ADULTOS MAYORES. − LO GRAVE ES QUE QUIEN VENIA CONMIGO ES UNA PERSONA DE 82 AÑOS, CON ANTECEDENTE DE ACV, HTA, DIABETES Y ENF. RENAL Y QUE DESPUÉS DE LLEGAR EN VUELO DESDE ISLA DE PASCUA, EN HORARIO DE NOCHE, YA VENÍA CON SÍNTOMAS DE DESCOMPENSACIÓN. Muy cómodo lo recomiendo + Muy cómodo y a pocos minutos del aeropuerto, teníamos que salir a las 3 de la mañana y nos dieron una mini colación antes de salir en la van.
