+ Hotelzimmer war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. − Wir wurden am BHF Zermatt mit einem Shuttle abgeholt. Die Dame die diesen Shuttle fuhr hat uns nicht einmal begrüsst und auch während der Fahrt hat sie nicht mit uns gesprochen. Somit war der erste Eindruck sehr schlecht. Freundlichkeit kostet ja bekanntlich nichts!!!

This is an exceptional place to stay. The room was big with outdoor seating. The spa was lovely and included. Convenient + It’s beautiful with a lovely spa and views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was great. The staff/ owner were friendly and helpful. − Nothing!

Immer noch ok, aber nicht mehr besonders. In der Preisklasse gibt es viele Alternativen + Gemütlich, gut gelegen, gute Zimmer − Nicht mehr der Service, der es vor 2 Jahren besonders gemacht hat. Kein Begrüssung-Getränk, Wasser nicht nachgefüllt, Frühstück um 8 nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Personal hat sich beim Frühstück im Nebenraum versteckt, sodass es eine Glückssache war, einen Kaffee zu bekommen.

Good & peaceful hotel + Albatros hotel is small but the rooms are good. We had booked a deluxe room. It was big, had a king size bed & an attached balcony with chairs 💺 for sitting. Matterhorn top was visible from the balcony. Bathroom 🚻 was big & had a bath 🛁 tub. Breakfast was good. The room had a small espresso coffee ☕️ machine that served excellent coffee. The hotel works with very little staff but the staff is courteous. Hotel 🏨 owner Juliet is young, beautiful and smiling.

Globalement un 16/20 + Propreté , localisation , personnel à l’accueil et petit déjeuner très serviable . Chambre confort et propre. − Insuffisance au déjeuner de produits malgré le fait de se rendre tôt au déjeuner . A 25.-/pers c’est pas satisfaisant. Pas de climatisation en chambre fonctionnelle . Personne au bar .

Ziemlich zentrales und ruhiges Hotel. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit + Die Sicht aus das Matterhorn, leider mit riesigem Baukran davor. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. − Mein Partner hatte Geburtstag, weshalb ich um etwas Deko und Prosecco mit Lachs bestellte. Leider ging das vergessen. Wir haben dafür eine kleine Schampus Flasche erhalten. Beim Frühstück muss man zeitig dran sein, ab 9 Uhr hatten wir keine Vollkornbrötchen mehr und auch andere Dinge gingen zur Neige. Schade. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross für den Preis.
