It is an affordable stay. Decent place to say. You get what you pay for. + Breakfast was good. − The room was small with not even one chair. The mattresses were too soft. Plus, there was no public space to sit. Yes, there was a rooftop patio but it was not maintained. Cushions were wet and garbage was present.

Only ok needs some renovations and improvements to the breakfast but space is limited as the hote is very petite + Location is good close the the main centre of Zermatt − Property is extremely small and needs some work, it had a musty smell throughout. Rooms are extremely small, breakfast is minimal with no hot options and besides that the selection is very minimal. The rooftop is just a small space with some seats from the description I was expecting a bar or restaurant. I don’t believe the price of the stay reflects the quality unfortunately.

+ The breakfast was lovely, great way to start the day. Very friendly staff. Go for the rooftop though. Can see the Matterhorn and you’re far enough on the outskirts that with the lights off, you have a great view of the stars. − Solid walk from the train station when you have luggage. Construction was going on around the property.

+ The location is good. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop terrace. − The room was small with little room to move around in it. It gave us a claustrophobic feeling. There are no amenities in the room such as a pot to make hot water for tea or coffee, no chairs. The room is a little pricey for a bare bones room.

It was one of my best travel experiences + This is a very comfortable and cozy hotel. The location is perfect, even though it's not in the city center. The terrace offers views of the Matterhorn at any time. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Zermatt. − No comments from me.
