+ I live this hotel in front of the lake, the staff are so nice, very convenient, the restaurants Inside the hotel are great.. very close to the bus stops if you go on excursions, close to downtown and shopping

+ We only stayed here for one night but I wish we had more time! The staff was very friendly. Our reservation didn't immediately show up on our arrival, and because of the slight "inconvenience", we were upgraded to a suite! The bathtub was luxurious and the view was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious experience!

Exceptional All the way around + Exceptional service at every touch point. Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Definitely one of the top hotels I've stayed at. Rooms were well maintained and beautifully appointed. Ambiance in the hotel as a whole was charming and warm. Do not miss this hotel!
