اشكر موظفي الاستقبال كان بشوش ومتعاون وكذالك حبيت موضىع الشيك انت الذاتي عند الباب تدخل بيناتك وتطلع لك البطاقات + السكن نظيف جداً وهادي عجبني وجود التكييف ووجود مواقف مجانية خاصه فيهم والمكان امن .. − الفطور بسيط جداً مايسوى المبلغ

Excelente, para repetir + La ubicación es ideal, a 10 min caminando de la estación de tren de Interlaken West, cerca del centro y de paradas de bus. Sitio tranquilo, ideal para descansar, con un jardín perfecto para relajarse después de la jornada. Habitación espaciosa, con camas muy cómodas, nevera y aire acondicionado (muy importante con ola de calor). Aunque es Self check-in, es muy fácil registrarse, te guardan gratis las maletas y tienen dispensador de agua para cuando llegas sediento del viaje, todo un detalle. El desayuno es bueno, tipo bufet, aunque lo mejor es la chica que atiende los desayunos (que habla español), es muy simpática y atenta, ofreciéndote consejos y explicaciones. Tienen esos pequeños detalles, que te hacen sentir como en casa. Sin duda, totalmente recomendable, esperamos volver y repetiremos. − El precio, pero es Interlaken.

+ Comfortable and a lovely spacious room. Aircon was refreshing and wonderful in the midst of a heatwave. Had all the extra details on the room such as bar fridge, safe , internet working at a decent speed. − Breakfast could do with more variety.

Great location to explore Interlaken. + Room was comfortable and was a short walk into the town centre. Had a lovely garden area also. − The bathroom door was not a full door - gaps top and bottom. It was also translucent so not very private.

Central hotel with great amenities + Great clean rooms with air conditioning and a fridge. The staff member who served breakfast on the 20th and 21st of August was so kind and attentive! I’ve forgotten her name (sorry!) but she is an asset to the hotel. :) − Since there isn’t always a member of staff at the front desk, sometimes there are guests waiting around at the reception area for a while.

Decepcionant, excepte el jardí. Car. + El jardí − No hi ha atenció personal dels propietaris. Esmorzar insuficient I poc acurat. Atenció molt poc atenta. Lavabo a l’habitació molt reduït.

+ We enjoyed sitting in the sunny green garden under the umbrella with views of the mountains − The coffee pods for the Nespresso were white and not labelled which was new to me and counterintuitive being white.
