We stayed overnight for our connecting flight the following day.It was lovely to have a very comfortable bed and facilit + Excellent location close to Pearson airport Very clean & spacious room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Meals at the restaurant were excellent. Friendly staff and very accommodating in allowing us a later checkout. Free airport shuttles and bag storage facilities.

+ Posizione vicino all'aeroporto e servizio navetta funzionale − Accoglienza fredda e sbrigativa. Nel bagno la vasca da bagno aveva lo smalto tutto rovinato e la rubinetteria era un pó vecchiotta.

Not worth the money. + Check in was quick and easy − Requested the bed be made up for my children and a crib, crib was there with no sheets, bed not made up despite confirming at the front desk. The room wasnt very clean and there was no water to drink which was the first time I've ever seen a hotel not have water available for its guests. Checkout staff was rude, never even asked how iur stay was and when issues were brought up she rolled her eyes and said she could try to find her manager. This was a layover stay so I did not have time to wait for a manager that was likely going to be busy and make me wait. Not at all worth $600 per night. Room was also advertised as a 1 bedroom and it was a studio.

− The room was a bit dated and the bathroom smelled faintly of mold, even though it was overall clean. The wifi requires to register and provide a lot of personal data, I am used to simply connect to complementary wifi in hotels normally.

IT was ok. − There waass no hairdyer in the room. The "Guide" button on the TV did not work. Very inconvenient having to scroll channel by channel to find programs.

Substandard hotel + Proximity to the airport − It is unfortunately a substandard hotel. The room had a stale smell, bathroom was ridden with limescale and not properly cleaned. They don’t have any amenity kits. Staff kept asking for tips for simple services.
