Excellent + Clean, comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and it was quiet. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great! − Paid parking. In all my experience staying at hotels never had to pay for parking on the premises.

Convenient and comfortable hotel. + Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious. The added bonus of two drinks and a light snack in the dining room the evening we checked in was great. We took the shuttle to the airport and the Up Train downtown which saved us battling Toronto traffic and parking. − Nothing

Poor quality and service, look elsewhere! + Its location was close to the airport and the shuttle bus was convenient. − The service was terrible. I had four large luggage bags for my family. I had no help taking them up and was told that I would need to take the cart back down myself after using it. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, not enough towels, empty fridge (even with a $100 hold upon check-in). There was also a splatter of what looked like blood on the wall. I paid too much for this place and will NEVER stay here again. There are far better options out there, look elsewhere.

Quality hotel and great value + The staff were professional, pleasant and tried to meet every request. Everyone from the shuttle driver to Steve the GM made us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent . Our room was spacious, comfortable and Cpt − Nothing

A wonderful stay with exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and genuinely caring staff. + Overall, the property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are very clean too. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly nice, attentive, and caring. I especially appreciated that they personally messaged to check in and ask how stay was going. It really made feel welcome and well taken care of. − Nothing. Everything was excellent, and I have no complaints about the property.
