Great facility for relaxing, staff slightly unprepared. + The employees were very polite. The rooms are spacious. The view is amazing !! And there’s lots to do at the property, with a huge heated pool, two hot tubs, a movie theater and all day activities for kids. Great for relaxing. Location was not bad either, about 10 min from Centrinho Capivari. Great breakfast too − My room did not have clean towels when we checked in. I asked for towels and not only did it take a long time for the towels to come but when they did, it was pool towels. The room also didn’t have the robes like other Cacau Show properties, it only had the flip flops. Although the employees were very polite, you could tell that they are not prepared to handle rush hours or high demand, as check in also took super long. It is a great hotel and I had a great stay, but for the price I just expected a more trained staff, specially when compared to other similar luxurious hotels.

Lugar lindo e acolhedor + A equipe é maravilhosa, as instalações são lindas e organizadas mas sempre há um ou outro detalhe a consertar. − O prédio tem um pé direito maravilhoso mas o aquecimento interno fica prejudicado, fazia muito frio dentro do restaurante e recepção.

Excelente escolha, tanto para casal, quanto para família. + O local é lindo, calmo e tranquilo. O café da manhã é muito bom. A piscina aquecida é excelente. O hotel é muito bom. Com certeza, eu recomendo. − Meu único ponto é que, para ir ao centro, tem que ir de carro. O Uber só funciona em alta estação. O hotel poderia disponibilizar um transporte de ida e volta ao centro. Assim, o hotel ficaria completo!
