Overpriced, não corresponde às fotos. É um hotel pequeno, com comodidades de hotéis baratos. + O apartamento é razoavelmente espaçoso, mas isso não justifica o valor cobrado. As roupas de cama eram boas. − Prédio antigo e pequeno, muito menor do que as fotos sugerem. Apartamentos não foram atualizados, até as tomadas são antigas. Móveis desgastados e antigos. Tem duas tvs relativamente novas mas pequenas, sendo que a da sala é mal posicionada e fica numa posição ruim para assistir. Taças baratas pequenas de vidro grosso e talheres dos mais baratos, totalmente incompatíveis com o valor cobrado pela diária. Não espere uma experiência minimamente luxuosa no apartamento.... Box com cortina de plástico e shampoo, sabonete e condicionador ficam em dispensers. Não tem nem um restaurante próprio. A vista é para a esquina da Av Santo Amaro onde tinha um morador de rua acampado, fiquei num andar relativamente alto, mas a vista não tem nada demais, totalmente superestimada no anúncio.

Excellent stay for business + Sergio is very very helpful! He sent me emails to check if I need any help on transportation or needs any clarification befroe my arrival, which ensures a smooth arrival for me (come to Sao Paolo for the first time). He is always very responsive and helpful with my requests and help me to solve issues. The service from him is absolutely excellent! I will definitely come to this hotel again if I have a chance and recommend it to my colleagues! Oh and this hotel has washing machines, which is amazing for someone who's always on the road.

Perfect for a family + Perfect 3 bedroom suite for a family. Big, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Very nice view. Great location near park and nice restaurants . Very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Decent Stay with Friendly Staff + Clean and comfortable with enough room for luggage and us. Kitchen has 2 burner stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 1 pot, 1 pan and dishes/utensils for 3. Good size living room with desk area, a TV and a TV in the bedroom, but only 2 English speaking channels. Quiet, efficient AC. The kitchen could use some updates, but it works. Reasonably quiet despite the busy street below. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff with Val remembering our names after 1 day. Easy walk to the very nice Ibirapuera Park. There is an outdoor lap pool and the gym has 2 treadmills, an elliptical, stationary bike, 2 nice multi position weight machines, each offering different excercises. The gym also has a bench, but with dumbbells only up to 25 lbs. There is free use of washers and dryers with detergent, just below the main level. Overall a nice stay.
