Rio de Janeiro + Die Lage an der Copacabana war top. Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Wir konnten direkt bei der Ankunft auf unser Zimmer, obwohl wir früh morgens anreisten. Sehr freundliches Personal im ganzen Hotel. Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. − Das Zimmer war groß und man hatte viel Ablagefläche für das Gepäck, Dennoch waren die Möbel so angeordnet, dass man nicht wirklich viel Platz auf dem Boden hatte, um große Gepäckstücke aus- und umzupacken. Die Toilette lief manchmal sehr schwer ab. Das Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet kam mir nicht wirklich frisch vor. Daher habe ich lieber auswärts gefrühstückt.

+ Hotel con todas las prestaciones y comodidades en en pleno centro y frente a la playa de Copacabana. Habitaciones y servicios bien equipados. − Algunas zonas del gimnasio se encuentran en reparación. El comedor para el desayuno se queda pequeño en horas punta.

Molto da migliorare nella pulizia e manutenzione + Posizione centrale a Copacabana. − La struttura non è manutenuta e pulita adeguatamente. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanze 3 volte, per il rumore perche gli infissi non si chiudevano. Alle fine ci hanno fatto un upgrade. In generale la struttura non è tenuta come meriterebbe, grande peccato.

Foi ótimo só o tempo não ajudou muito + Atendimento dos funcionários e localização − Alguns quartos precisando de reforma, tivemos que trocar pq o chuveiro saia pouca água e ainda retornava pela pia do banheiro, mas assim que comunicamos já trocaram a gente quarto.

Petit déjeuner très copieux ! − L'odeur de la moisissure dans la chambre, le toit terrasse en travaux, la piscine sale et mal entretenue ! Aucun geste proposé par l'hôtel pour l'anniversaire de mon mari. Dommage....
