+ There is a bed, albeit quite small. Price is okay and reflects what you get. − The host (elderly male) was quite unwelcoming and rude. The previous comments were honest and on point about the host. We came with a car, however thr host asked us to park only on the street edge. Location is very far away from Varna centre, and not within walkable distance to the beach so only book if you are driving and if you don’t mind being unwelcomed, especially if you are a foreigner.

+ Friendly reception, cleanliness, calm and quiet, spacious room with all necessary amenities at a very reasonable price, one could say it's a bargain in high season especially considering accommodation prices in general in Varna. − -

Minden tökéletes volt + Rendkívül kedves, figyelmes, jó humorú volt a vendéglátó (tulajdonos).

Perfecto + Relación calidad precio estupendo, la zona del jardín-piscina muy bien cuidada. La habitación amplia y limpia, igual que el baño. Las camas bastante cómodas. Fácil aparcar. Bonitas vistas desde el balcón de la habitación. − El señor tiene unas rutinas muy marcadas y aunque la piscina cierra a las 17h a las 16h y poco tienen que regar el jardín. La piscina está muy limpia pero fría. Y no tiene ascensor por si llevas maleta grande.

+ Big room with views. − The owner is very rude and unwelcoming. The pool has ridiculous hours only until 5pm. No fridge in the room. A screen door for the mosquitoes would be appreciated.

Établissement très décevant, mais pouvant facilement être amélioré + Hôtel situé au calme à taille humaine, et plutôt bien situé, même si loin de toute vie commerciale, restaurant, etc. − Je n’ai pas l’habitude de me plaindre, la liste est longue : pas de moustiquaires à la porte, que des lits une place très inconfortable, logement, pas très propre et franchement très vieux. Même pas de sacs-poubelle dans les poubelles. Aucun équipement pas de télé, pas de bouilloire, pas de frigo alors que c’est standard dans des chambres moins chères.
