Eksikleri olmasına rağmen tatmin edici bir konaklamaydı. + Konumu, resepsiyondaki personelin kalitesi ve ilgisi, havuz manzaralı oda, kahvaltıdaki ürün çeşitliliği − Kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilik iyiydi , 10’a kadar devam ediyor ancak 9’dan sonra bir çok ürün bitiyor, tek kahve makinası var, kötü kahve veriyor ve uzun sıralar oluşuyor, odalardaki mobilyalar biraz eski, yenilenmeli.

Good location, pleasant stay + The room was rather small, the mattress and bedding were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were decent, the TV didn't get good service due to a faulty wire. The breakfast was good, the restaurant had some nice dishes. Our stay was overall pleasant, not exactly spectacular or memorable. − Can't pinpoint something specific, everything was decent.

+ Foarte frumos! − Un hotel foarte frumos, dar cu o mică dezamăgire În general, totul a fost foarte bine. Hotelul este foarte frumos, curat, elegant, iar serviciile au fost la un nivel foarte bun. Nu am nimic de reproșat în rest. Singurul lucru care m-a dezamăgit a fost faptul că pentru o simplă capsulă de cafea lăsată în cameră am fost puși să plătim. Mi se pare puțin exagerat pentru un hotel de 5 stele, mai ales că există hoteluri de 2 stele unde cafeaua este oferită gratuit. În rest, nimic de comentat — o experiență foarte plăcută și un hotel pe care, per total, îl recomand. Doar că la acest nivel de hotel și de preț, mă așteptam ca o cafea să fie inclusă.

Super Lage, alles in der Nähe, gemütliche Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück! + Das Frühstück ist 1A, sehr vielfältig und alles sehr lecker. Die Anlage ist sehr professionell geführt und man wir kaum gestört. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel wo man sich gut erholen kann, alles ist in unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Sauna und Massage ist auch zu empfehlen. − Leider ist die Küche nicht so ausgestattet wie auf der Buchungsseite angegeben, es sind keine Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Gefäße, Besteck sind auch unvollständig. Toiletten Papier und Handtücher wurde auch nicht jeden Tag bereitgestellt oder vergessen. Die Betten hätte ich mir gewünscht das sie ordentlicher gemacht werden. Wir hätten uns auch einen Hobbyraum -Spielraum gewünscht, da für Jugendliche nicht viel angeboten wird.

+ Very tasty lunches in the hotel`s restaurant. Exceptional location. Close to Nesebar. Beautiful beach and dunes. − If you are with little kids, the road to the beach may seem long, especially during heat.

+ Camera foarte generoasa, pozitia foarte buna si pretul bun! − Curatenia din camera lasa de dorit. Atitudinea angajatilor este sub asteptari. Prosoape murdare si schimbate rar. Mic dejun dubios si cafea de cea mai proasta calitate. Cafeaua de la bar, dimineata, era cash only( si fara bon), solutie propusa de catre 2-3 nepalezi de la curatenie.
