Confortevole hotel a Vienna + Ottimo albergo in posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla fermata Volkstheater della metro. Bella camera, anche se non ampia, con arredi nuovi e materassi comodi (camera 502). Gradita la presenza di macchinetta per caffè espresso (e relative capsule) e di kettle per acqua calda. Personale efficiente e professionale. Ottima la colazione, con grande varietà di offerte (prevalentemente salate) e bellissima la vista sulla cucina con tre giovani chef al lavoro in diretta. Albergo da consigliare

+ La gentilezza dello staff ha permesso di sentirsi accolto e coccolato. Inoltre la struttura era molto pulita e profumata. Infine, la colazione buffet permetteva di venire in contro a tutte le esigenze alimentari. Un'ottima esperienza. − La logistica dell'albergo non è il massimo, gli spazi sono a volte disposti in maniera confusionaria e necessitano di chiarimenti da parte dello staff estremamente disponibile.

Buen desayuno + Las instalaciones súper lindas, muy buena ubicación − Nos ofrecieron un box de desayuno para llevar ya que salíamos muy temprano y no lo prepararon El chico de recepción de igual manera se esmeró en buscarnos algo pero faltó comunicación en ese aspecto
