+ El hotel es muy bonito y su ubicación fue agradable. − Hice mi reserva con semanas de anticipación, al llegar nos recibieron con la noticia de que el hotel estaba lleno y nos dirigieron a otro hotel, por la misma tarifa el hotel no tenia las mismas condiciones, el personal no fue tan amable.

Always a good time at NH + Great experience at this NH location. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great restaurant onsite. Rooms were very clean and cute. Great water pressure in the showers. Metro stop right outside of the property

Great value alternative to the luxury options + We stayed here as our base for a 4 night stay in BA as first time visitors. We toyed with staying at some of the luxury options (Four Season, Park Hyatt etc) but this looked excellent value in comparison and still part of the Amex programme. All our rooms were well maintained with excellent amenities and well decorated. beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. Breakfast was great and (because of the Amex credit) we had quite a lot of money to spend in the bar and restaurant in the evenings too. The food was very good. Location didn't wow us at first, certainly safe and walkable. but it grew on us throughout the stay. On the surface, there aren't that many nice evening spots in the immediate neighbourhood, but its very easy to get around, and was surprising close to some of the newer restaurants over at Puerto Madero. The hotel doesn't really have a bar to speak of, as its the shared space for breakfast and dinner too, so this …

Mothrr/Daughter vacation in Buenos Aires Argentina + I enjoyed my stay at the NH Collection, Jousten hotel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at breakfast was amazing especially Tomas, he greeted us every morning with a smile. He was charming, helpful and polite, he helped start our morning with enthusiasm. Also Matias my waiter for dinner was awesome, he was efficient, polite and his service was impeccable 👌. Overall my experience at this hotel was first class. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo a ninguém + Limpeza − Chuveiro não esquenta o suficiente, banheiro fechado sem exaustão, ar-condicionado que só aquece, não esfria, porta que necessitou de manutenção por 4xs, funcionária da recepção que não se esforça para entender o português, vizinho barulhento que me obrigou a ir na recepção a 1h da manhã, led queimado na cabeceira (necessitou manutenção), porta sabonete líquido despencou da parede e necessitou de manutenção e toalha particular que simplesmente sumiu

Un hermoso hotel histórico , demasiado modernizado + El hotel es histórico . Conserva su hermosa fachada plateresca . Por dentro está muy trasformado al modernismo de nuestro siglo . Si bien está impecable , pierde el valor de lo histórico que solo queda en exteriores . Las habitaciones muy bien puestas no son muy grandes . Precio calidad muy bueno . La ubicación es muy buena para quien busca ese sitio . Es muy personal ese tema − Como hotel collection histórico le faltan salones y espacios comunes La calefacción es estuvo bien pero hubiera valorado que fuera un poco más generosa . Que yo le ponga el límite y no el hotel .

HOTEL CONVENIENTE Y CENTRICO + Personal muy amable y ubicación cercana a la Bolsa de Comercio − Quizás a otros no les resulte inconveniente, pero en mi caso me hospedé en habitación sola y me dieron una cama twin en el centro de la habitación, lo que significaba que para darme la vuelta me tenía que despertar. Considero que aunque se hospede una persona sola, la cama debe ser al menos doble. Puse la solicitud en la recepción pero no fue posible solucionar. Fueron cinco noches pensando que me iba a caer de la cama, por lo que no tuve el descanso necesario, por lo demás todo bien y el personal de primera.
