Lovely stay + This is a beautiful hotel located in the historic centre of Buenos Aires, just steps away from the cathedral. The location is excellent, with a lovely bakery next door and plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman who checked us in — a little older and extremely warm and helpful — made a great first impression and was one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are a real standout feature. They are absolutely huge, very well maintained and much more spacious than many city hotels. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms also had tea and coffee-making facilities and a mini fridge, which was a lovely convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at NH Buenos Aires City. Great location, excellent staff, spacious rooms and a comfortable stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel.

+ Localização boa para quem quer ficar no centro. − O hotel parece meio relaxado para ser um 5 estrelas. A cama eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, luzes difíceis de acender e apagar, chuveiro com pouca força. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, pães duros e frios.

+ Das Zimmer war sehr gross und geräumig. Es gab zwei Einzelbetten obwohl ich gerne ein grosses Einzelbett gehabt hätte. Die Temparatur im Zimmer war für den Winter durchaus angemessen. Das Personal war ganz nett und das Frühstücksbuffet OK. − Es gab zwei Einzelbetten obwohl ich gerne ein grosses Einzelbett gehabt hätte. Es war ein Leintuch auf dem Bett obwohl es Winter war. Ich habe um eine richtige Decke gebeten und habe nur eine dünne Wolldecke erhalten. Obwohl das Zimmer sehr geräumig ist, war das WC für den Toilettengang nicht angenehm konzipiert. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel kann man grundsätzlich mehr erwarten.
