Skønt hotel med central beliggenhed. Dejligt poolområde og hjælpsomt personale. + Vi var meget tilfredse med hotellet. Dejligt poolområde og sødt og hjælpsomt personale både i reception, bar og i rengøring. Fint kvarter i gåafstand til Yerevans centrum. Vil klart anbefale hotellet til andre.

− I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff. I was sitting by the pool and, at one point, I had my feet on the table. I fully acknowledge that this was inappropriate, and I would have removed them immediately if I had been asked politely and respectfully. Instead, the bartender by the pool (Mr. Vahag) approached me in an aggressive, authoritarian, and disrespectful manner. Enforcing the hotel’s rules is completely understandable, but there is a proper way to speak to guests. You can ask someone to follow the rules without being rude or making them feel attacked. I believe the management should place greater emphasis on training staff in professional communication and customer service. The quality of a hotel is not only defined by its facilities, but also by the way its guests are treated. This is especially disappointing because the hotel itself is very well equipped, with excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior overshadows wh…

Могу лишь сказать, что путешествуя по разным странам мира я еще никогда не была настолько разочарована всем. Лучше выбир + Я не могу ничего сказать о том что понравилось тк сначала видишь и радуешься а потом следом разочаровываешься тк первое впечатление обманчивое. − Это были худшие две недели отпуска за огромные деньги. Заселение было ночью, сотрудник спал и толком не смог нас зарегистрировать. Я бронировала самый дорогой номер в отеле — улучшенный люкс, но с описанием на Букинге он не совпал вообще. Обещали гостиную и 2 отдельные спальни, а по факту была одна гостиная с супер-неудобной и короткой раскладушкой, на которой две недели ютился мой сын и 1 спальня. Заявленная джакузи не работала и затапливала пол, унитазы смывали через раз, лейка душа была сломана, а из-за плохой вытяжки в санузлах стоял запах плесени. Кондиционеры и холодильники дико щелкали и шумели по ночам, ковролин был настолько грязным и пыльным, что приходилось постоянно мыть ноги. Халаты, посуду на троих, вешалки…
