Overall excellent stay + Very relaxing and lots of activities were offered − A little confusing for the taxi driver as the hotel name was different and he had to go inside to make sure we were at the right hotel. Name of the hotel was not prominent

Un hôtel de passage parfait pour prendre l’avion à l’aéroport + L’établissement est vraiment très bien proche de l’aéroport. Donc très pratique avec la navette le matin qui vous emmène à l’aéroport. Le personnel est très gentil. Les équipements sont de qualité et l’ensemble est très propre. − Ce qui est dommage c’est que nous n’avons pas profité de la restauration de l’hôtel car à 20h ils ne servent plus rien. Pour un hôtel international je trouve que c’est un petit peu dommage. Vous pourrez au moins proposer un minimum de room SERVICES. Malgré cela, le personnel a été gentil et nous a conseillé d’autres Restaurant ouverts dans les alentours.

+ Navette bien pratique, l'hôtel fait peau neuve est la déco est super sympa dans les espaces communs. Bain publique agréable. Restaurant et bar sympas. Idéal avant de reprendre un vol. − Chambre trop petite pour 3 personnes, les meubles sont biens datés / abimés et a remplacer.

+ Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es wird täglich kostenlos Yoga, Karate oder eine Teezeremonie angeboten (laut Aushang). Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum/vom Flughafen Haneda oder zur/von Kawasaki Station. Sowohl ein kleiner Fitnessraum als auch ein warmes Bad stehen den Hotelgästen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können ebenfalls ohne Gebühr ausgeliehen werden. − Das Zimmer war etwas klein und das Frühstück hatte für den Preis zu wenig Auswahl.

Very comfortable, convenient, with hospitable staff. + The property was beautiful, very well kept and with a great location. I stayed there for just one night, before my travel out of Haneda, and it made everything so easy and smooth.

フロントが遅い、スムーズさを求めるならお勧めしない。 + お風呂は綺麗で大きく清潔でていい。 − 今回で3度目の滞在です。 今回ホテルフロント対応が遅いしスムーズではなく大変時間がかかりました。最初フロント並びましたが、自動の方を勧めてきたので使用しましたが、スタッフにとの表示が出ました。 しかしスタッフは来ず、また再度並びました。 ネット予約当日支払いにしていたのですが予約時の倍の値段を請求されました。長い時間パソコンを見ていましたが何をしていたのでしょうか？こちらがメールを見せるなどして対応しましたがホテルフロントの方はさほど気にしてないようでした。35,000円が70,000円請求は誤りとして大ごとではないのでしょうか？ その後再度こちらが表示した値段を電卓で表示し大丈夫だったのでカード支払いしましたが、カード支払い時1円多くしてしまったそうで9時頃別で取った部屋のほうに電話が来たそうです。翌日フライトのため4時起きでした。 その対応としてはフロント側で勝手にキャンセルしチェックアウト時に説明され再度支払いになりました。 空港利用者にためのホテルですよね？ 朝は急ぐのでチェックインのとき支払いしたはずがチェックアウト時にまた時間を取られました。 去年はフロント対応良かったのですが、1月に全て変わってしまったのでしょうか。残念です。 名前も前に方が良かったですね。倉庫って名前のところに泊まりたい とはならないですよね。

また利用したいと思います。 + 空港にも近くて、大浴場があるのが良かった。 − ターミナル3からホテルに向かうシャトルバスが18時以降しかなかったので、せめてチェックインの時間くらいからあれば尚良かった。あと朝食が6時からだと更に嬉しい。
