Outstanding time + The Regency is outstanding in every aspect, from the grounds and beatification, staff, our room and the Watertable is a must for breakfast and dinner. Menu items were Outstanding, staff were excellent.

Below par + 3rd year in a row here. Great site & used to love it, but unlikely to return next year. Will likely try somewhere else. Service / cleanliness has just gone off a bit in a few areas. Room door very stiff to open. Asked for a kettle, didn’t get one. Room keys failed a time, got new ones. When leaving called 3 seperate lines for bell service, not answered. Communal lobby toilets not clean. Communal lounge with gas fire between buildings very dirty and gas fire not always switched on at night. In Starbucks, drip coffee either missing or cold 3 days in a row.

Stunning Resort! + Just back from a week here. This is a truly stunning resort. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the best time. Everything was first class. The Cleaning,, Reception, Beach and Pool staff were excellent, friendly and so attentive. Really miss this resort already. Walking distance to the beach across the bridge over the PCH. So many family friendly restaurants close by. Love this place so much − The only 2 points I have to add here which would not stop me from.coming back is that the Pool bar closes at 5pm which i found a tad early and our room was next door to a noisy family so could hear them taking late at night.

Tolles Resort für die ganze Familie. + Große und sehr schöne Anlage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kinderpoolanlage ist separat. Tolle Zimmer mit großen Balkonen und wir hatten Meerblick. Sehr bequeme Betten. Beachchairs inkl. und einfach an der Brücke mitzunehmen. Waren als Familie sehr begeistert. Sehr guter ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio. − Leider katastrophale Organisation beim Frühstücken. Jeden Morgen 1h Wartezeit auf den Tisch. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preis ein absoluter Fail. Wir haben zum Glück nur den ersten Tag 1h vor dem Restaurant gewartet. Die folgenden Tage ist immer der erste der wach war runter und hat sich auf die Liste setzen lassen und dann den Rest der Familie geweckt. Das war dann ok - aber grundsätzlich müssen die das in den Griff bekommen.

Recommended family hotel + Great location next to beach. Direct access via bridge. Spacious rooms. Super breakfast buffet! Best were the beach bootcamp and yoga sessions in der morning. Encouraging coaches considering individual preferences. More would be welcome! − Beach canopies are expensive and provide poor service. Lots of kids in pool area pooring drinks into pool and eat sandwiches in or at pool.

Alto nivel + Es un hotel imponente. Instalaciones de primer nivel − El costo de la comida es innecesariamente caro. No se justifica. Por las noches había música en torno a la piscina. El bar de la piscina cierra muy temprano.
