Good infrastructure, bad service. + Spacious room, good view, clean, ok amenities, bath tub is nice. Good infrastructure. − Untrained staff that rushed out checkin - just handed us a piece of paper that was supposed to contain all the info we needed. But actually had to ask where’s the breakfast to a random employee we met at the elevator (it was not in the paper). We came as a couple but there was only one pair of slippers and only one robe. There’s complimentary tea in the room but no way to heat water. A lot of items missing from the minibar. Unclear what’s complementary and what’s not. Vallet prices also unclear. Wanted a nicer stay but ended up disappointed for the amount paid.

Beautiful, however would not stay again because of the unnecessary fees and would stay at another hotel more reliable an + Beautiful view, you get what you paid for. − I paid for valet but had to pay $40 again? Asked front desk and was told because it’s “Different company” which makes no sense when all valet employees work for the hotel. Payed extra $145 and only received $39.43 back when there was absolutely no damages or reason to not get my deposit back. Pool closed so early and never got to enjoy after a dinner, and tv should be updated.

Struttura trascurata + Poco e niente. − Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel anche la scorsa estate. Tuttavia, quest’anno ho trovato tutto molto peggiorato. Poco personale, tant’è che pure per il check-out ho dovuto attendere diversi minuti, essendoci solo una persona che faceva tutto. Così pure nel bar lobby, abbiamo dovuto attendere per servici, essendoci solo un ragazzo che si occupava della sala. Anche per la colazione abbiamo atteso il tavolo, nonostante ce ne fossero liberi. La pulizia pure: lo scorso anno era tutto splendente, mentre quest’anno si notava lo sporco già sulla moquette fuori dagli ascensori. Al nostro arrivo, fuori dalla camera, c’era un vassoio di cibo e bevande consumate (non da noi) che è rimasto fino all’indomani pomeriggio (emanando un odore non piacevole). Nel bagno in camera abbiamo trovato un solo rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato, che essendo in tre abbiamo terminato la mattina. Ho dovuto telefonare la reception per far portare altra carta. Solo dopo 15…

Bon emplacement et vue magnifique + Le confort de la chambre La propreté de l’établissement À proximité de plusieurs restaurants − Problème de réservation à l’arrivée La chambre réservée pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant n’était pas disponible J’ai dû insister pour obtenir une seule chambre comme indiqué sur ma réservation Sinon l’hôtesse me demandait de régler une 2e chambre Le responsable a réglé la situation mais après 20 minutes d’attente Pensez à vérifier la réservation
