Tried to show worker solidarity! Refused to give me refund! + Embassy Suites would not give me a refund! The hotel workers are on strike and are picketing in front of the hotel. The Embassy Suites workers have been negotiating a contract for six months and have been on strike for 55 days! I wanted to show solidarity with the workers. I tried to get a refund, but Embassy Suites refused. I chose the hotel because of its location, but I did not know that the workers were on strike. Unfortunately, I am having to stay here. The picket line started loudly at 7am during the four days I stayed. Do not stay here, if the workers are still on strike!

Great stay + Staff was very nice and we were able to check in when we arrived Also breakfast was awesome super great − The strike going on and lighting in room was too dim...need more lights in room

Enjoyed our stay in downtown Seattle. + Walking distance to the Seattle boardwalk and Pikes Marketplace. Parking was easy. The breakfast was outstanding!! Gym facility and equipment were great. − Can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this place!

Noisy, mediocre and way overpriced. + Location was good. − There was an employee strike going on. Everyday there was drumming, chanting, screaming and alarms going off from morning to late afternoon. The noise was terrible and inescapable, even in the rooms. Stay was indifferent and unapologetic.

+ Close to Amtrak train station and Chinatown − Not the nicest of areas but has all the amenities one needs.

+ No valet parking and no parking when garage is full. Garage is always full. Find your own parking. Good luck. − We had to walk 20 minutes from parking lot to hotel. Garage belongs to Mariners and Seahawks fans. No the hotel.

On strike, hope they get paid better + Proximity to Lumen field − Embassy suites employees were on strike for 57 days. Which is totally fine. However there demonstrations each day were very loud and somewhat blocking the main entrance. I would expect a company to reach out to its guests and inform them of the situation before arriving. So they can make a decision if that’s an environment they want to subject their children too. But no accommodations were offered or discount on stay.

Honestly $700 a night seems far too expensive for the experience we had. Lack of toilet paper in the room, noise from pr + It was close in the city and walkable distance to the Seahawks stadium & mariners. City views and great breakfast − Our room only came with one roll of toilet paper, put in a request for more and it didn’t happen. It didn’t seem like our A/C unit was working and was hard to sleep because it felt too warm in the room. The protesters (workers of the hotel) at 7am with sirens and horns, even on the 14th floor seemed soo loud. Then the power went out and no elevators, 14 stories was no joke on the stairs. Also- parking $65 a day is outrageous

Conveniente para quem usa o Comboio + Adoramos a localização porque estava muito perto da estação, que foi o meio de transporte que usamos para chegar a Seattle, já que fica mesmo ao lado. Tem piscina e um ginásio suficientemente equipado. Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis. − A alcatifa esta "um pouco usada", e a precisar de algumas obras de requalificação. O pequeno almoço é básico e algo confuso. Não é um Hilton!!
