Nice stay, friendly staff but a bit far from the beach area + Was a nice stay. The restaurant was excellent − The location a bit far from the beach.

Alright stay in a family hotel, a drive away from the beach + The rooms were spacious, clean, modern. The breakfast was good. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The stuff was nice: let us buy ice cream 10 min after the closure of ice cream stall (the ice cream was very good!). 2 min walk to a big super market. Free shuttle to ferry terminal. − Happened to stay there during national day in SG, and it was mad.... very chaotic, too clouded, so loud, so many kids, especially at breakfast, pool area, gym and all massage places nearby... other days it was fine but still quite loud, it's obviously a hotel mainly for families with kids. The hotel is very far from beach, Grab is easy only during day time, night time it was impossible to get a grab, we had to book a car via hotel reception. We called reception to get bathrobes, but they never brought them. We asked reception if they have any birthday benefits, they promised us 'a cake' and the delivered a cake, made of towels…

+ Breakfast was great and staff were friendly − The area between the kids playground and swimming pool need to be well secured especially flooring. Very slippery n dangerous since the pool nearby. Pls look into the flooring or adding more anti slip mats.

Unforgettable birthday staycation + Clean and spacious room. Very good breakfast and excellent customer service! Thanks very much for arranging a 'surprise' birthday cake for my hubby, appreciated it!

+ Location, not near to the beach but lots of restaurants nearby − We were told that there is shuttle bus from the beach to hotel but we don’t know the reservation is needed. We waited at the beach on time but there is no shuttle bus and no response from Grab. Luckily, a local young man helped us to find a car and finally we went back to hotel with a much higher price.

ne recommande pas + Confortable Belle chambre Belle piscine et espace extérieur − Restaurant : à éviter absolument. Produits pas frais, de très mauvaise qualité. Assez mal placé dans Desaru

Superb & Loving it! + Love everything about this place.. Friendly & accomodative staffs. My husband & I will definitely come back again 🥰 − Nothing but just a feedback, ordered nasi lemak for breakfast thru in room service but unfortunately the fried chicken inside is still raw.. overall all was superb.
