Lovely place but the property and its surroundings are a bore. + The room was large and it had a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. The Staff were friendly and courteous. − The place lacks activities. During the night, it felt deserted. Hardly anyone in sight except for some staff.

Beautiful spit for a shirt break. + Great sized rooms with balconies and soaking tubs. The rooms were really modern and aesthetically pleasing. Great pool area and lovely breakfast. The location was excellent and a short stroll from everything. − Some loud tourists in the pool with big blowup toys and screaming made it less appealing to be by the pool.

Lovely hotel. to relax... need to have better check in staff and procedures + Hotel room was lovely and spacious. Hotel environment was relaxing. − Check-in was chaotic as area was small. There was no proper system for people queueing to check in. When my husband asked to speak to the person in charge when he was being checked in, the staff informed him that the supervisor was next to her. When my husband questioned the supervisor whether he heard the complaint, the supervisor did not as he was concentrating on his laptop. It showed he did not care about the chaotic check in and should have perked up when he heard the displeasure of my husband voice when checking in. It surprised my husband as that should not be the attitude of the supervisor. The hotel sent a basket of fruits to apologise for this incident but this is after the deed is done. We appreciate the gesture but would prefer better training and systematic check in to create a better first impression of the hotel. The ch…

+ I liked that it is a small boutique hotel. Very quaint with very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. Love the casuarina trees as well. Very serene property. − There was an excavator on the beach that was working all day, disturbing the quiet. We had lunch at The Bungalow while we waited for our rooms. The food qasn't very good. My husband's burger was more lile a sausage and my cgar kway teow was bland.
