Not recommended if you are expecting proper Marriott five-star standards. + 1) The staffs were friendly and super helpful. 2) Drying rack provided. Handy for drying clothes. 3) Spacious shower: Plenty of room in the bathroom. 4) Clean pool but small. − 1) Misleading orange juice: They advertise fresh juice, but it was actually a mix with store-bought juice. 2) Limited breakfast: Very few options and almost no local Malaysian dishes. 3) Disappointing 'infinity' pool: The view is blocked by rooftops and tall trees, so it doesn't look connected to the sea at all. 4) No lifeguard: The pool area isn't supervised. 5) Bike hire costs extra: You have to pay to rent bikes, which is normally free at other Marriott Bonvoy hotels. 6) No bed rails: There were no safety guards available to stop children from falling out of bed. 7) Overpriced restaurant: The food really isn't worth the money. 8) Overpriced spa: Charges Singapore prices, which feel far too high for what you get. 9) Littered garden: F…

One of the best among all my hotel stays! + All the amenities are great, and the exeptional politeness of ALL THE STAFF. We had an issue with the room temperature during our sleep, and they immediately addressed our needs. They were also flexible with all our requests (early check-in and later time of checkout) and tried their best to accommodate them. They truly deserved the 5-STAR hotel rate. − It seemed like the room temperature was locked in 24 degrees Celsius. It is a comfortable temperature during the day but not when sleeping. I'm not sure, though, if it has been like that across all rooms of the hotel.

No exciting can be feel if comparing with other similar level but Westin charging the highest of it. + Breakfast is so so only − the building looks without maintenant, i saw few of the roof beams already rusted.

Great and enjoyable. + The facilities, room was nice. − The swimming pools especially kids pool could be better and the hours need to be extended. 7am - 7pm simply useless for customers staying for 1 night.
