+ Tout était absolument parfait. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre. Le confort de la chambre et du lit. La végétation luxuriante. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel d'une grande gentillesse (des restaurants, du spa et de l accueil). Possibilité de diner au restaurant de l hotel avec une équipe aux petits soins. Un clin d'œil spécial aux stagiaires français. (Yanis,Lou et Clara)

Sylvan review + Really good hotel in a beautiful location with excellent customer service. For example I met a really nice staff member called Jessica who works the night shift and was extremely helpful in postponing our checkout time when our flight got delayed, while also still being friendly and chatty despite the late hour. Really commendable service. Would definitely stay here again. − On my cliffside room balcony i had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding islands, however this was somewhat spoiled by the ugly metal guardrails and low uncomfortable chairs that make it hard to enjoy the view. It would be a good adjustment if they had higher and more comfortable chairs that allow you to see over the rails and admire the view. Additionally, while the car service for getting customers around the hotel grounds was excellent and super fast, a couple of the cars they use could do with servicing as while you're in the back all you can smell is exhaust fumes which is unpleasant …

+ Alla faciliteter, trevligt med aporna och hornbill-fåglarna. Verkligen utmärkt personal och frukosten och maten på restaurangen var utsökt bra! Rent och fint på stranden och mysigt att paddla ut till småöarna.

Mooie plek in Koh Chang. + Mooie plek. Ruime schone kamers. Goed ontbijt buffet. − Kamers in het gedeelte op de heuvel zijn wat gedateerd. Hoge prijzen in het restaurant!

บรรยากาศดีทำเลที่ตั้งทุกอย่างโอเคแต่วันที่ไปคือลิฟต์ที่ให้บริการไม่สามารถใช้งานได้แต่โดยรวมคือดี + ชอบห้องที่เลือกเพราะว่าเห็นวิวทะเลครบครันพาโนราม่าสมชื่อแต่ว่ามันติดต้นไม้มากเกินไปหน่อยถ้าอยู่ชั้นบนมากกว่านี้จะดีมากเลย − ไม่ชอบคนที่มาเข้าพักเพราะว่าฉันอยู่ห้องข้างล่างแล้วชั้นบนของฉันเค้าเดินเสียงดังมากทั้งช่วงเวลาพักผ่อนและกลางคืนจนต้องโทรแจ้งกับพนักงานให้มาเตือนแขกห้องอื่นที่รบกวนคิดว่าเลือกห้องที่ดีแล้วแต่ก็ยังเจอแบบนี้อยู่เสียความรู้สึกในเรื่องนี้มาก

+ Super schöne Zimmer (Beachfront), top Preis-Leistung, schöne Pools, riesiges Frühstück-Buffet, nettes Personal, täglicher Affenbesuch, Golfcart-Service. − Die Familiensuiten (Im oberen Gebäude) haben einen nicht so schönen Zugang zum Hotel (sind nur über einen Ausseneingang erreichbar) - wir hatten danach zwei separate Zimmer Beachfront mit Verbindungstür gebucht, was viel schöner war. Cable Car war während unserem Aufenthalt in Reservation und man musste immer Golfcarts organisieren.
