Worth every cent + This was our third time staying at this resort but the first time since it was featured in the White Lotus. We were scared that its new fame would change the hotel but instead it was exactly how it was before. The service, first of all, is second to none. The facilities are spectacular and they offer really good activities. I can highly recommend the sound bath. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. This is a must!!!! We will definitely be back. − Nothing. Was perfection!

Had awesome stay , would definitely stay there again when we visit Koh Samui + Staff was great, very friendly .The food was fab 😍great breakfast service was amazing. − The only negative was we booked a BBQ on the beach for the fishermen night, but it was cancelled and we wasn’t told it had be cancelled and we turned up on the beach and only then they told us due to weather it had been cancelled, but I know they have know control over the weather, but they could have let us know it was cancelled before we got ready to go to the venue

A wonderful stay! + We had a fantastic time! The magic of Four Seasons Koh Samui starts from the very moment of the airport transfer and never lets up for the entire stay. The villa was simply stunning, with a magnificent view. The room itself was incredible — spacious, beautiful, with an extremely comfortable huge bed and wonderful linens. A special thank-you to the staff: every single person was incredibly attentive, warm, and full of positive energy. There are two gorgeous restaurants on the property — Thai and beachside. Both were absolutely delicious. And the breakfasts — so stunning and varied, pure delight, and with that amazing view 😍 A breathtaking pool and beach, and gorgeous scenery everywhere you look! Stay elsewhere = my least favorite luxury hotel on Koh Samui + I embarrassingly must admit that I chose to stay at the Four Seasons Koh Samui after hearing that the HBO show White Lotus was filmed here. When I arrived, I discovered that while it was indeed filmed in the villas (multi bedroom rooms), the show was NOT filmed at the rest of the resort. So what I had expected to see as the beautiful hotel grounds that I saw on the show was NOT what the Four Seasons Koh Samui is like in real life. In reality the hotel grounds are very jungly and not gorgeous like how they are in the show. The spa also is not the same spa how it is on the show (nor is the lobby, hotel grounds, etc. = none of it looks how it did on the show = other than the villa rooms) Why I gave this hotel a 3 star review is not because of that though: it is because I have stayed at all the other top luxury resorts on Koh Samui (I've been coming her since the early 2000s, = I love Koh Samui it's one of my favorite destina…

Royalty in Paradise + We first decided to stay at The Four Seasons Koh Samui after seeing it as the setting for the TV show White Lotus. It showed a fabulous setting, wondrous rooms and amenities and endless service. But the reality topped even the tv version on all scores. A great luxury stay that can be found elsewhere while saving you thousands of dollars + A benchmark luxury stay, I would say that it was everything it’s meant to be but nothing more than that. If money is not an object for you makes total sense but when assessed against the price tag I would say they could make it more special and add more value to the experience by offering a little more than a standard luxury hotel experience − I feel like they need to add more to the experience for it to be worth the money. The Airbnb I stayed at earlier had better views, as luxurious an interior and at a fraction of the price.

Exceptional + The service was perfection. The coordination between members of staff was at a level I have not seen in any hotel/resort before. You can ask something from a random staff member and by the time you get on the buggy and reach your destination another staff member would already know about the request and is ready with an update. The overall service was outstanding, everyone was highly respectful and gracious and attentive to your needs. The restaurants, although few in number, were very high quality and offered delicious food. The location was beautiful with amazing views and the amenities were all beautifully maintained. − Even though this is a minor thing and didn’t really impact our overall stay, the room was starting to show its age in a few places.
