+ Staff was friendly and accomodating specially Ms. Lyn. She upgraded our rooms. − Buffet breakfast is with very limited optiins. They need to upgrade the buffet brrakfast with adding more items. Room service was not available at night. Hotel cannot provide you food except breakfast, but ouside deliveries are available. Washrooms are very small and conjusted..

Improvements required + The location of the hotel is super convenient and in a very beautiful place. I have fond memories of Al Jadaf having stayed in another hotel nearby. − Considering that we stayed for 2 weeks, I expected the room cleaning to be frequent and thorough but housekeeping was only done once despite the promise of twice per week? I genuinely feel that a lot still needs to be improved without going into much detail. Some of the hotel policies were slightly archaic in my book.
